The staff is friendly and helpful. The karaoke system has an English interface, but the songs in their library are mostly Chinese songs, and most of the English songs I wanted to sing are not in the library, but at least I can still use the web browser built-in in their karaoke system to go to YouTube and find the songs I want to sing. Overall the experience is fine I just hope they can update their library to include more English songs.

This place is literally a hidden gem 100/100 and definitely recommend. The space Is so so nice for a photoshoot and it was so dam clean. The staff was so friendly and my friends and I sang our hearts out for my birthday. Would likely come back again! Unforgettable experience

I had a great time at Tengo KTV with friends! The private room was comfortable, the sound quality was solid, and we found plenty of songs to keep us singing all night. A fun spot to hang out and relax!
