I visited this restaurant with my family and had a deeply upsetting experience. Despite my daughter being only one year old, not eating, and not even using a high chair, the restaurant included her in the headcount for automatic gratuity. When I respectfully raised this concern, the manager responded with an extremely inappropriate and offensive comment: “If I killed her, is she a person?”
This kind of language is beyond unprofessional — it’s disturbing and completely unacceptable. We came in for a family meal, and instead left feeling shocked and disrespected. I would strongly caution others, especially families with young children, to think twice before dining here.
There are plenty of restaurants that value their customers and treat them with basic human decency — unfortunately, this is not one of them.
