My order was wings, a double order not a single. After eating a couple of them, I went wait a sec I only have 8 left, so I called the waiter over who was delightful by the way and asked many wings are in your single pound? He replied 7 to 10 depending on the size.Taking into consideration they are not jumbo size wings just normal average size I replied " 7 to 10 eh?", based on that math I said "shouldn't there be 14 to 20"?, poor server didn't know what to say. Being pressed for time, we just paid our bill and left.I've been coming here for almost 20 yrs, think I'll be going somewhere else now "Shrinkflation" is setting in here too.Ok dear owner based on your terminology in your response, large 2 lbs large vs double, how many wings do you serve in your " Large 2lb"???Also to answer your question or statement about your wings being great, they are average tossed in a cheap Frank's Hot sauce.Air fryer and a bottle of Frank's from No Frillls and you are good to go people from the comfort of your home!

I've been going to the Unionville Arms with a friend for years. Every so often we try a different place around town and always reach the same conclusion. We like this place the best.

Service was excellent (Jacqueline was a superstar)! Food was great (wings and fries were stellar but the steak was next level) and a very nice pub overall. Lots of TV to watch the game on. Great patio and super clean/modern bathrooms. Lots of parking in the back.

Came here with a volleyball team, atmosphere is amazing!! Servers were great and accommodated our team no problem. Food was hit and miss, some got great meals and others not as much. Would definitely return.

One of the most important elements of a restaurant experience is the service. I was blown away by the exceptional treatment I received on a takeout order. Bear in mind I’m not a regular at this establishment and I don’t usually tip on take out orders.I was greeted warmly and provided a menu. Then the greeter took my order and didn’t push for a tip. After placing order, I walked out and came back a bit later. As I stood at the bar area waiting, the cook preparing my order came straight over to me to verify the details of my order. Servers who walked by also greeted me in a friendly manner. At this point, I decided to tip them. When it was ready, he came out to hand it to me personally. Made sure I held the package properly to prevent spillage. He ended with a jaunty ‘happy to see you, have a nice day!’ and a friendly pat to the shoulder and I was on my way. At the door, I got a final friendly ‘goodbye, have a nice day’ from a random server. Now for the food itself: mediocre quality. The nachos had hardly any cheese. Small size, not worth $20. Salsa and sour cream quantity was also insufficient. So despite the exceptional service, I’m unsure about coming again. Perhaps just for a drink.Parking: May be difficult to find parking dependent on time of day and weekdays vs weekends.

Stopped by here Family Day afternoon for tea while out for a stroll with my mom and relatives visiting from Ireland. There were loads of tables available. We had been here before in the past and had good experiences. This time the experience was quite off putting. Server was officious and rude to us; we thought maybe she was having a bad day, but then she was super friendly to the people at the table next to us. When my uncle asked if they had coffee, the server informed us that "we are not Starbucks". We all ended up ordering tea. The tea came in cute little pots (nice touch). Unfortunately of the pots had lukewarm water (the other two pots were hot). Our server ignored us when we tried to get her attention, so I ended up having to go to the bar to ask for assistance. Our server eventually came back with two new pots, and rather than acknowledge the issue she instead proceeded to explain to us that the water all comes from the same place and the temperature is regulated by the province of Ontario. So I guess this somehow means we were imagining that the two pots had lukewarm water? While the new pots did in fact have hot water, she did not bring us new tea bags or cups. So (as she stood there and watched us) we had to fish the original tea bags out of the old pots to place in the new pots. And empty the two cups of cold tea into the old pots for her to take away. And then of course the new pots of tea were super weak as they were made with reused tea bags. All of this ended up costing us $18. It was a weird and embarrassing experience for our guests. Will we go back for drinks or food? Likely not as I can't even imagine how badly that would go.

I went for a work lunch. We all enjoyed our meals. Big servings, very filling. The fries were hands down the best though!
