I have been having A&W almost weekly for 10 years and have not yet had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I recommend A&W to everybody.
Got my food and I literally got 6 fries with my meal Asked for new fries and a receipt told us to pull around front and she will bring it out waited 10 minutes still hadn't come out yet had to walk in and still wait! Not happy will not be going back
