Ordered a medium crispy thin crust which typically comes with oregano on top. ONCE out of hundreds of orders over many years did they mess up and forget. I called back explaining my scenario and they created a new pie for me. When I showed up ready to pay for a new pizza (it’s a small mistake),they covered the cost and apologized. Friendly, fresh and convenient. Head office needs to be proud of these guys.

I’ve never had a problem with this place that’s made me dislike it. Sometimes delivery can be a bit long but other than that they rarely mess up orders, food has always been hot and fresh, and when there is a mistake they correct it as quick as possible. Service has always been friendly and straightforward.

We have had good pizza here for a long time but tonight’s pizza was poor. Not fully cooked, took twice as long even though my online order said it was done half hour earlier. Staff were arguing with each other.

Rarely am I dissatisfied with pizza, but honestly the whole process was terrible. I'm fairly certain I'm not going to try again. Ordered 3 pizzas, and 2 dipping sauces. Order was $90. Meh.
