The food is REALLY good.
We often come here for lunch and it’s always great. The dishes are delicious and Chef Steve is fantastic. He always comes out to check on us to make sure we’re happy with our meals - you really experience the level of care that goes into making this place special. Can’t wait for our next visit!
Walking around the Uxbridge Farmers market on a Sunday, we walked into this Wood Fire Pizza Heaven!!
The crust alone was worth the visit. Crispy around the edges, soft and chewy in the middle, with that slightly charred flavour that you just don’t get from your average pizza joints.
If you’re anywhere around Uxbridge, I’d definitely recommend checking out Foundry Pi. Great pizza, great atmosphere, and a place I’d happily go back to.

Based on the reviews, Foundry Kitchen is located inside the brewery and is open year-round. The service is fantastic, friendly, and prompt. The food is excellent, with generous portions. Specific meals mentioned include poutine made with Rain Maker from Second Wedge, beet dip with pistachios, Bison with Udon, Nashville fried chicken, and the best fried chicken sandwich ever. The pizza is also highly recommended, described as the best outside of Italy, though it is not served in the winter. The restaurant features a frequently-changing view of art from local artists. The patio is spacious and perfect for hanging out in the summer. Foundry Kitchen is a great place with a great menu, and people definitely plan to return. Current hours are Wed-Sat 12-8pm, and may also be open Sunday daytime.
