Absolutely the best pizza spot in Vanier! Aladdin Pizza & Subs never disappoints. Their cheese pizza is perfection — rich, stretchy cheese, a perfectly baked crust, and just the right amount of sauce. Simple, classic, and done better than anywhere else in Ottawa.
The vegetarian lasagna is incredible too — hearty, flavorful, and clearly made with care. And don’t even get me started on the garlic bread… perfectly toasted, buttery, and packed with garlic goodness.
Friendly service, generous portions, and consistently amazing food. If you’re anywhere near Vanier and craving real comfort food, this place is a must-try. Highly recommended! 🍕🔥

I absolutely love the pizza here, my partner and I have always been exploring the local pizza places in the area and have chosen this one as our favorite. It's just so good and not comparable to other pizzas. The sauce is super rich and heavy tomato flavour. The cheeses that are blended are really good and the dough is always so fluffy with a crunch. We've ordered now 4 times and each time it's been super good and consistent. I recommend walk in or pick up :D

I agree with review below. For pizza this is 5 star in all regards. We have pizza shops all around us in Orleans which are ok but we drive to Vanier for Ottawa's best pizza and excellent service. There is good reason why the reviews are so favorable. Light & thick crispy dough and Pierre does not skimp on ingrediants, heavy on cheese as well. Always awesome !!!
Now I can't speak for all of Ottawa, but I can say that if you're looking for just some downright good food: this is the best spot in Vanier. There isn't a bad thing to order on the menu -despite all the choices- so don't be afraid to try everything! I'm a huge fan of the gravy they use for the fries and poutine, and their fried chicken is perfect! It's also more than a fair price for what you're getting. I ordered a small specialty pizza, a sandwich combo, a poutine, and combo platter for roughly $65 after tax. If you can resist eating it all in one sitting, you'll definitely have leftovers for at least two days! The owner and other staff are always friendly and polite, so I'm always keen to come back!

The best pizza in Ottawa. If you like a light thick crust pizza and a combination of cheeses that you will not get anywhere else. Toppings are generous enough that you don't need to lift the cheese to see if there are any on it. Owner is always pleasant and offers you 10% off or a free drink on pickup orders. I drive 20 minutes to get this amazing pizza and I have never been dissapointed.
