Had a whopper combo. It was ok. Patty was a bit dry compared to other times. Onion rings are awful. They used to make them with actual coated onions. Now it's just a Coated onion mush. It's not bad but used to be much better.

This location needs new manger he argues with cosrumers who queastion him about the deals on tv commercails an says that deal only for toranto funny thing is ontario is same weither in ottawa or t.o. as that reno its the same look same tables same floor same kitchen an yes not the cleanes eating area i dont eat there cuz of that an little races not one canadian working there just like mcdonalds they want us tax payers to pay there wages

New renovation too bad the staff aren't new. Just the same dismissive rude, angry bunch. one time their card reader wasn't working and the employee wouldn't read the card reader display. she insited that I have to tap it again, completely talking over me, ignoring how I was trying to point out that the card reader clearly stated there's an error and return to merchant. she kept demanding me "Ma'am put your phone to the screen" I had the shout back "look at what it says!" for her to listen and finally fix the issue. awful experience. worst burger king.

I'm not happy with this Burger King. They will not replace the mistake that they made, especially with skip the dishes. I ordered two sunday hershey pies and I ended getting a whopper meal 😠 😡

On Thursday, October 17, 2024 I stopped in at Burger King for lunch on Montreal Road, while i was eatting i saw the Inside of this establishment has been newly renowned WOW! 😮
The colours are quieter, not as bright as before - change is good! :)
There are now new booths, tables and chairs with a high table and high chairs to seat 8 people in the middle like you see at one of the coffee houses. I am delighted 😊 with is new change.

Workers are illiterate and don’t listen to anything you say. Don’t know how to listen and make a proper order. Next time you go, double check your order. If it’s inaccurate, go give them a peace of your damn mind.

DO NOT USE DRIVE THROUGH IF YOU HAVE BACK ISSUES OR JOINT PAIN...the new reno included a concrete block that does not allow the merchant machine to reach the vehicle to pay. Brutal.
I usually take it home or order a delivery, more than 20 times and never failed me or my family, always good, fresh, tasty and CLEAN ❤️❤️❤️ i am touching wood.

I've been working across the street for about 6 months now and I went over a couple times to get lunch and service has been terrible the food has not been very fresh this morning I went to work and we don't have a bathroom at our work don't have a working bathroom so I went over to ask if I could use their bathroom and they said no. I go over and eat for lunch sometimes what's the point if I use the bathroom now and then come over later for lunch but based on the experiences that I've had their I'm never going back there again I'll just go across the street to the pizza place or any other place other than this particular Burger King it's terrible an office should know the disgusting bathrooms don't work service is terrible the owner is super disrespectful to people
