I usually order through Uber eats with this restaurant. The food is tasty and authentic. That's why I decided to go for lunch and eat at the restaurant. The food did not disappoint, but the service. Wow! A complete 0 stars. We went with my mom on a very hot day, and the server brought us warm water. No ice!?! Honestly, I have NEVER experienced something like that. And I went out to eat quite often. Her demeanor was awful as well. Not friendly, no smile. She does not enjoy her job. I will keep ordering from Uber eats, but I will never go back. It's also expensive for the quantity of food we got.

The quality of food and the friendliness of staff went out the door with the last owners. There’s a bathroom smell throughout the restaurant, masked with a wall mounted scent dispenser.
During our last visit, a bug was found in our food and when pointed out to the server, it was denied. What was more frustrating was that it was not replaced because we didn’t specifically say we wanted something different. To make matters worse, it was still on the bill.
My family and I love promoting and supporting small businesses, particularly those from Latin America, because they remind us of flavours from childhood but there has to be some pride in the delivery of those and this restaurant has lost its passion.

I have to say the food was really good. We ordered pupusas and they were good! Would I come back to this place? Unfortunately no. The place seemed like a bar that served food during the day. Which wouldve been fine if the service was good but it wasn’t. The only reason we ate there was because the children and I were starving and didn’t know the area for us to go somewhere else. As we walked in no one greeted us. We sat ourselves. There was a lady at the bar but no interaction from her. She took her time to come to the table to give us the menus. Once again no Hi or welcome. The server also took forever to take our order. The drinks took so long to be served (only other customer was a couple so not busy). Thankfully the food didn’t take as long. The lady from the kitchen brought out the food and asked the server which table and the server Instead of getting the food from the lady or even helping her just pointed her over to us. The lady from the kitchen was really nice and greeted us. Also because we hadn’t got our drinks yet I mentioned it to her and she was the one to bring us the drinks. When eating our food only the kitchen lady asked us how the food was not once did the server come to check on us. One more thing to add was that when we were there some people entered the restaurant and they also were not greeted or attended so after 5mins they left.

Food was good ! The service took a litle too long. We received our drinks after 30 minutes, thinking to cancel it. But it finaly came. Mistakes on drinks sizes, but they charged a lower price. So, happy to discover this place with very tasty pupusas !

You will have an amazing experience with the food. My meal was well priced, perfectly seasoned, and fresh tasting. The food is prioritized above the decor (which is spartan) and service (very welcoming; not wholly anglophone) - so go in expecting to focus on your belly! All around I am blown away by La Villa Latina!
