I’m a manager at the St Laurent mall and every Black Friday I treat my team to some pizza. Always Little Ceasars. Today we place our order for delivery. Well DoorDash handles their deliveries and dropped off my order to someone else. I never got my pizza. DoorDash then told me I needed to call the store to have it resolved. I knew there wasn’t much the store could do because it was an order processed through third party DoorDash. I use third party delivery at my work and I know I’m not the one who can fix that sort of issue. Anyways I called and I got to speak with the owner and he let me know they don’t deliver but because DoorDash had messed up royally he was willing to send someone to deliver it to me. Above and Beyond customer service!! To have had it personally delivered after all that hassle with DoorDash was a day saver for sure! My team’s hangriness was cured!! Done out of the kindness of their hearts. They could have just refunded me and told me to be on my way and leave them alone. But they made sure we got our order. It doesn’t seem like a huge deal but to me and my team it kind of was. We’re all very thankful there’s some good left in this world. Thank you again Little Ceasars team!
Whoever was working today October 19 at 5 pm absolutely killed it on the cinnamon bites. Never have I ever received such a delicacy from little ceasars. You deserve a raise I love you

Ordered a medium pizza and BBQ wings from the Little Caesars 200 feet across the street from my condo last night. Was told it would be 15 minutes. I arrived in my car exactly 15 minutes after my call to pick up my order. When I picked up my pizza to leave, the box didn't feel hot. Once in the car I immediately put my order in a thermal bag to keep it hot for the 1 minute drive to my indoor parking and the 4 minutes it took to get into my condo. That pizza wasn't just not hot, it was cold and looked like it had been baked an hour before and left on a counter. My wings were actually cold inside and I threw them out for fear they weren't cooked properly. Lost my business forever. And this miserable order cost me $30.

Rylan, Jude, Sarah, abdel, we're simply amazing, they were so busy with rude customers and they were calm and collective and served everyone in a very respectful manner. I honestly think this is the best Little Caesars I've ever been to! And they all deserve raises for their hard work and dedication. If I could give 10 stars I would but I'm giving five stars.

Service is horrible here. Sorry to say but they took my order wrong. It’s not just me 3 people before me had the same issue. Told me to wait 5-10min and ended up staying for almost an hour for two medium pizzas. Staff is clearly not managed properly, they seem to be in a different world and had no interaction with any of the customers even though they took all orders wrongly. When the order was ready staff had no idea who’s order was ready or waiting, so I waited another 15min and asked multiple times for the order, finally they found 2 pizzas that was already done 15min ago. Wasted $40 on soggy pizza. Never again!
