I've tried giving it a chance since there's not really any other options in the area but I've been there three times now. Some of the food is good, a lot of it is generic and bland. Food is overpriced. Don't bother with the buffet, it almost feels like a scam now with how much it costs. And especially, don't bother with the sandwich counter. Prices seem good till you get to the cash and get slapped with a service fee that you didn't know about, almost doubling your sandwich in price.

First of all, I want to say that the people who work here are very very nice and lovely. For that reason, I wish they had a suggestion box rather than me writing a Google review. The coffee always has a rather burned taste for me. The problem is there is not a lot of other options in the area and workers nearby will continue going there to buy coffee anyway. It would be nice if they had almond milk options for coffee, and generally more healthy options. The prices for the buffet are expensive comparatively to what you would get downtown. The prices also seem to be higher on holidays. I will say though that many are a fan of their ice chiller drinks and squares!

I grab a chicken cordon and didnt know that it had ham in the middle. I went back down to see the lady who processed me and she closed her cash and helped get it replaced without any issue. Excellent customer service. My replaced meal was delicious.
