We had a great experience at the sugar shack today. Food was good and fresh, and service was excellent. Really nice building and no wait! Although the food is expensive, it does include unlimited drinks and no fee for entry/parking so it’s worth it.
Breakfast pancakes were lovely with plenty of maple syrup on the table to indulge. The hot chocolate was the best we've had since we last made ourselves one ! Staff were pleasant and service was good. We had a little trouble finding it because it's within the parc and not well signposted, but we're glad we didn't give up (we travelled from downtown Ottawa on the number 7 bus)...
Very nice place must visit real interesting gem and piece of Ottawa history. Would highly recommend coming to visit here.
