I stopped by the cafe at Friday and had an excellent experience. My server did an amazing job. She was friendly good looking lady, and really made me feel welcome. The service was fast, the food was great, and their positive energy made me feel as at home. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. Thank you, guys , for your kindness, amazing chicken and professionalism!

The BBQ chicken here is absolutely delicious — tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. On top of that, the service was amazing. Aneesha was super friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely recommend coming here if you want great food and great service!

Great place to get Korean chicken for sure! Thank you Marie (our server) for a great experience. We just went to the area to get cream puffs (that's another review maybe) and saw BBQ chicken restaurant right beside it and had craving for fried chicken. The serving portions are great, the flavour is good and the value is amazing. Beer served on a frosted mug really hits the spot. Our meal cost under $60 for two people with 2 sides and drinks. Will be back for sure.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. One of the staff members told me she would clean a table for me, but instead, the other girl gave it to another customer. Then again she said she would arrange another table, but again, the other girl let the another customer was allowed to take that one as well.
How is that acceptable service? It felt disorganized and unfair. This is not the kind of treatment customers should receive. Very poor service.
I’m asking for the manager in charge but no one is available.

We have only tried the boneless chicken so far, I got it as a main to side dishes I made at home. Bitnit was really good. Love the sauces and the chicken. Next time I am going to try other things from their menu.

I love BBQ Chicken and I’ve had it for decades, starting from back in home at Korea and when they first opened in Toronto.

Because I’ve moved recently, I figured going to different location to try it out and I expected the same quality/service which I was wrong.

As it’s shown in the photo, I’ve ordered 8 bone in chickens for takeout. The chicken was great like usual, however instead of there being 8, there was only 7 with just one leg and a small wing…

Honestly, it could’ve been a mistake and I really hope it was but this was disappointing especially couldn’t resist to feel that this was done on purpose. For what? To make $2-$3 extra and lose customer? Is it worth it?

I hope the restaurant reads this and tells me this was an honest mistake!
