This was our second visit since moving to the area, and both times the chicken was great. We really enjoyed it and look forward to coming back more often.

Great food and customer service from Anisha!

I've eaten here many times, and as a regular customer, I'm very disappointed today! The chicken was fried way too dry, and the fries were completely different from before! They were lukewarm! We live about a 4-minute drive from your store! They were already cold when we ate them! The texture was also completely different from before! I strongly suspect this was leftover fries, definitely not freshly made! Our takeout order was placed at 10:40 PM on December 27th. You can check the security footage to see how long your employees fried this chicken!! It was so hard we couldn't chew it at all! Such poorly prepared fried chicken should not be served to customers, especially loyal customers like us! This not only ruined our evening, but also ruined your business!

Just had our son's 16th party there. The staff was so understanding and helpful. They fulfilled all our needs. The best part was the food. Absolutely fresh and delicious. The chicken was fantastic. Entire family loved everything!!!!. We thank the staff for making this day perfect!!!.

bbq Chicken is a great spot if you want tasty Korean 🇰🇷 fast food! The staff were friendly and fast. The restaurant is spacious and the seating is nicely laid out. The food was delicious! The classic fried chicken was juicy and crunchy and not overly seasoned. The salad was surprisingly good. I had low expectations but it exceeded them, and it was fresh and the dressing was tangy and sweet. My dining partner had grilled chicken over rice - galbi, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The only criticism I have, which does not take away from the star rating, is that the side dipping sauces and seasoning are too costly. $3.50 for a small container of black pepper seasoning is almost the same price for a small bottle of black pepper seasoning at a grocery store. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this spot and we will definitely go again.

I stopped by the cafe at Friday and had an excellent experience. My server did an amazing job. She was friendly good looking lady, and really made me feel welcome. The service was fast, the food was great, and their positive energy made me feel as at home. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. Thank you, guys , for your kindness, amazing chicken and professionalism!

The BBQ chicken here is absolutely delicious — tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. On top of that, the service was amazing. Aneesha was super friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely recommend coming here if you want great food and great service!

Great place to get Korean chicken for sure! Thank you Marie (our server) for a great experience. We just went to the area to get cream puffs (that's another review maybe) and saw BBQ chicken restaurant right beside it and had craving for fried chicken. The serving portions are great, the flavour is good and the value is amazing. Beer served on a frosted mug really hits the spot. Our meal cost under $60 for two people with 2 sides and drinks. Will be back for sure.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. One of the staff members told me she would clean a table for me, but instead, the other girl gave it to another customer. Then again she said she would arrange another table, but again, the other girl let the another customer was allowed to take that one as well.
How is that acceptable service? It felt disorganized and unfair. This is not the kind of treatment customers should receive. Very poor service.
I’m asking for the manager in charge but no one is available.
