I was in the area and stopped by to try the banh mi and Pho Vrolls. I got the grilled beef banh mi and it was delicious! The beef is freshly cooked, and very tender. The marinade is a little sweet and tangy, which is a great in the sandwich. This is exactly what I had a craving for. The only minor thing I wasn't expecting was that the roll was smaller than the typical banh mi size I've seen at other places. New pho spot in Vaughan! I was excited to try what this location has to offer. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and approachable. Interesting take, I had never been to a Vietnamese restaurant where you order on tablets, but it was cool to see! Hot jasmine tea was delicious and kept coming. I came here because it was close to my house. My first impression of my stay was that the waitresses were super friendly!I thought the pho was not bad, the meats were a it too well-done for my liking. I wished I got it rare for it to cook in the bowl. Other than that, I did enjoy the pho!
