I think there was training going on, because the order taker through drive through was having a hard time, until the manager came over to help. The manager was very polite and apologetic for the very long wait. When things like this happen, at least give the customer a free fries or something to actually say that you are sorry, that would go a long way!

Not much to say other than its Burger King, every now and again a get the urge for a sloppy burger and this is my go to place. Biggest complaint is that the price is never the same and sometimes it varies as much as $2.00 for just the whopper. Maybe the clerks are adding their own gratuity.
EDIT: Well it did take a day but BK did respond to my review, they even sent a link where you can interact further with them, all you need to do is enter your phone number, address and email address and then you can get nothing in addition to what you already received which is nothing, not really click bait but definitely harvesting contact information. I figured at least I'd get a coupon for a free soda but hey no such luck.
