Really disappointing experience — poor food quality and even worse customer service. We won’t be ordering again.
We ordered two pizzas and garlic bread which didi even tasted like garlic in it from Domino’s and had a really bad experience. One of the pizzas came burned, and even though we asked (and paid) for double cheese, there was barely any — definitely not extra. The taste was awful, honestly so bad we couldn’t even eat it.
We called the store to let them know, hoping they’d make it right, but instead the lady we spoke with tried to convince us that this is how their pizzas are supposed to be cooked. She didn’t offer any solution, refund, or even an apology just insisted that nothing was wrong.

I ordered for delivery and I live 5 minutes away. Was quoted that it would take 20-30min but it arrived 2hrs later. I called the store multiple times and they kept saying just a few more minutes. A well done pizza arrived completely soggy and smushed. The box was wet and soggy.

The pizza is good and standard from Dominos but the employee of this location, my god, what is wrong with you. I visited with my kids there and I just ask for washing hand before eating, I saw the washroom is fully functional and operational by their own employees, but when I ask to open, they literally refuse to open the lock by saying its out of order.
I was like, you just used it and its for my kid who just need to wash hands. And than here we go, we can see the attitude change on their face and they behave like they dont care about customers and giving rude very rude answers. I will never order from this place again.

⭐ 1 star I had a really disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. I went in to pick up my pizza order and asked to use the washroom, but the staff member working there was extremely rude. She said the washroom was “under construction” and refused to let me use it, but I saw a delivery person using it just minutes later. What made it worse was her behavior—she was making comments and laughing about it with another team member, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. As a regular customer, I expect basic courtesy and honesty. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and has left a very negative impression.

The pizza showed up so fast you would think the driver made it in his care. Had a hard time seeing him behind the steam when he opened the carrier.

They have just ruined our Halloween party which was planned and i have ordered pizza timed for 11.30, but i waited too much and at the end when i called them they asked me to cancel the order instead of making my order.
