Domino’s driver Amit pulls up with my food and there’s a whole girl sitting right next to him like they’re out on a damn joyride. Are you kidding me right now? Who is she and why the hell is she anywhere near my food? This is a food delivery, not a couple’s outing, not Uber, not hangout time.
This is disgusting, unhygienic, and straight disrespectful. I don’t know where that person’s been, what they touched, or why Domino’s thinks this is okay. Customers pay good money expecting clean, professional handling of their food, not strangers tagging along for the ride.
And Domino’s customer service? Completely useless. If drivers think this is allowed, then your rules mean absolutely nothing. Zero standards. Zero accountability. Zero care.
This killed all trust. Embarrassing behavior for a big brand. Do better, because this was straight trash.

This was my first time ordering from Domino's in a while and I must admit that it was a pretty good experience! I placed my order via their mobile app. The process to order was pretty easy and the pizzas were a great price. The order only took about 15 minutes from start to finish for me to pickup.
The only thing I would say is that I wish the pizzas were a bit bigger considering i ordered 2 large ones. Other than that, I would rate this Domino's a 4.2 / 5 🌟

With recent bad experiences with dominos that made start to not trust the quality, I was pleasantly to surprised with how good my pizza was. Perfectly baked and fresh. This was Sunday evening on 21st December

I have ordered from this location many times, but tonight’s experience was unacceptable. The order was marked as delivered when it was not. The store claimed the driver “called,” yet I never received a call, despite my phone being with me the entire time and there were no missed calls.
When I contacted the store, the woman handling phone orders was rude, dismissive, and openly hostile. She immediately blamed me, refused to consider that no call was made, would not provide me her name/the delivery drivers name, and offered only to resend the same pizza after it returned to the store, therefore guaranteeing cold food. The fact that she was unwilling to provide her name did not surprise me, as some customer service representatives won’t because of risk of repercussion, but she was working December 20th, 2025 at 1AM (if that helps management or future purchasers). She showed no interest in resolving the issue or providing basic customer service.
I live in an apartment and routinely meet drivers in the lobby. This was a delivery error compounded by unprofessional staff behavior. At minimum, this warrants proper compensation and management follow-up. I have sent a email to the customer service team, this review is only a fair warning to purchasers. Someone with this attitude should not be responsible for customer orders.
I would not recommend this location or dealing with the staff tonight.

I have eaten here all my life. Recently there has been a crazy down hill drop in quality, its crazy! I have gotten physically ill from eating here multiple times. My family went in at around 3pm the other day to recive ZERO help. No one was there at the counter. Never getting pizza here again.

Probably one of the worst Domino’s orders I’ve ever had. Both large pizzas were supposed to be double cheese and double pepperoni with 8 slices each — instead, they showed up burnt, dry, with barely any toppings and only 6 slices. The “buffalo chicken bites” were just tiny scraps of chicken covered in a pile of melted cheese and slop. I contacted the store about it and got completely ignored. Terrible quality, terrible service, and no accountability.
