“Always such a great experience. The only downside I can think of sometimes the staff member's less experienced-- working play rap/hiphop and the lyrics are explicit. Please don't play music like this, as a lot of your customers are children as well. Please be mindful.

“Initially thinking this was a full-on Vietnamese restaurant, we ended up skipping this on our list of places to go…
But we had to come back for dessert and drinks!
The person behind the counter was helpful and courteous, even though she was making everyone herself and taking all the orders (think of a single person working at a Starbucks and you’ll know what I mean).
Every drink was customized, she made our mochi waffles, and offered great suggestions for add-ons with drinks.
It was a great place to sit down and enjoy some time with family, but I’m sure it is a hopping place when all the games come out.

“Went shopping this past weekend, though there were so many people, their yogurt was still very nice looking and fast. Great quality for the frozen yogurt and mango slush. The staff was nice as well even though there are lots of crowds. Great customer service!“

“Normally this location is good but coming in at 10:15 in the morning (Aug 5) to have music blasting so loud I can hardly hear the girl working by herself is not ideal. Left with a headache. I could hear the music before I even opened the door and walked in. Literally so loud it over powered the sound from the blender.
As much as most of the time it's a great experience, I might just go to the one at Rexdale and Islington instead, much better atmosphere when walking in.“
