My favorite flavor, cookie and cream is so delicious! The perfect mix of cookie and ice cream is just heavenly. The scooper guy at their Major MacKenzie branch, Alex, is very friendly! This place is not a very convenient place but worth visiting as it is pristine.
Best customer service ever ! Employees are well trained and treat you with respect. Today while I was in the store with my three young kids two couples who came “After”me started arguing with the Employee (Ayush) that why is he serving me before them. I kept telling the couple Ayush was serving me before these people even walked in the store and yet they kept accusing me of lying!
