The best customer service agent that you will ever meet is Sheela at the McDonalds on Major Mackenzie in Maple. Her kind, caring and professional demeanor is the reason why the customer experience in that location is great. She goes over and above to make sure customers are looked after. If you are waiting for your food she will apologize for the wait times and ensure that you have all you need.
