Cookies and cream is a must-have with a drink (latte/milkshake). Salted Caramel needs improvement, lacking some depth with the flavour.

Came here for the first time to take out puffs and an espresso iced coffee. I wasn’t happy because the puffs weren’t fresh. The puffs seem to be cold and tastes like they were already pre made from Before. Coffee wasn’t that good either very basic which I feel I could have made at home and too much ice .

I was shocked . It was my first time ordering from Mr Puffs , and my order was for someone else !!! I ordered from uber eats and picked up my order from the store and came home . I opened the box and they were not my orders . The glazes were not the ones that I have ordered . And then I checked the receipt and it was not mine ! It was for another customer . Very disappointed ?

Oh my God! I am done with my life after these delicious puffs!
My wife and I attended on a busy Sunday evening. There was one person in front of us ordering which for some reason took forever. The clerk was apologetic. We finally got to order- two dipped cones. By this time the line was huge to the door. I commented to my wife -we got here just in time. We waited and waited then waited some more. Almost everyone else who came after us had ordered and served. We approached the clerk to see what the issue was with our relatively simple order. The clerk said he hadn't put up the order...? He did manage to bill my credit card. The staff then went one to start preparing new orders. At time we told the clerk to just cancel the order. Clearly they are in no hurry to serve us. Not sure why. We left without anything, probably best anyway. We have been to this store before a few times. And the food has been good despite the chaos. This time it was a bit much. There are other choices for quality desert.
