Delicious. We tried cookies and cream, honey cinnamon, chocolate hazelnut, my fave was cookies and cream. Great service.
Went at about 1:30 pm and puffs were definitely not made fresh. I was the only one in there and the staff member put them in a box and glazed them right away, so they were precooked. They were completely inedible: cold and full of oil. I think they had just been sitting either out or in the oil all morning. I’ve had from this location a while back and they were fluffy and fresh but after reading other reviews it’s clear the quality control has disappeared. I’m very disappointed as the donuts were just way too oily to enjoy at all.
The products were very delicious and fresh, but the tables were very dirty and the floors were very unclean. More attention needs to be paid to cleanliness at this location.
Horrible. Placed an order 12 hours + ahead of time to Scheduled a delivery for 12-12:30, order was only ready for pick up at 1:25 and delivered at 1:45 pm. Order of 80$. Their lack of preparation delayed everything planned for the day.
Horrible customer service tried to place an order and ask a question about my Uber Eats order…n rude man hung up mid conversation..
Came here to try the Pufftine after seeing it on TikTok and unfortunately it was a miss. The puffs were already made and sitting under a heat lamp for a while, the gravy was almost cold, and the cheese didn’t melt properly. Not sure why the puffs weren’t made fresh to order like at other Mr. Puffs locations.
I came to the store in a hurry because I had to go to a meeting, and I ordered three boxes of 50 Puffs. Kiran helped me out, and he was very quick and understanding since I was in a rush. He made sure all the toppings were perfect, and everything looked and tasted great. I recommend this wonderful location if you need a nice dessert for the office, your clients, or at home.
Choco-bueno is a favourite
Reply: This is a genuine review as you can see from the 2 photos of different purchases of Loukoumades I made. There was a “basket” the “puffs” are placed in after they are made which is always ready to go when someone orders. This is where they always get them from despite my asking for the hot ones fresh from the fryer/syrup. They are by no means old, but they have been there for several minutes so that no one has to wait when they order but this means they are cooled down. As I said in my review, I prefer them immediately fresh and hot from the fryer. My apologies for not knowing the exact name of the basket where the puffs are kept as I’m not in the business, so I’ve changed it to make very clear that they are left to cool after being fried rather than being kept in a warming basket. It’s really disappointing when I give a fair and balanced review about my preferences (including compliments!) to read accusations about “targeting”. There must be a segment of customers that prefers them ready and waiting, I am not that person, but it doesn’t make it a targeted or biased review. I have removed the name of the other business making the same Greek donuts even though I feel it’s a fair comparison when your product is so similar. All the best with your business, your location seems busy.
The loukoumades are tasty enough, but for some reason they refuse to serve them hot. I’ve been three times and every time I have asked them to give them to me hot out of the honey, but they will take them from the pile of ready-made ones cooling off in the (edit: basket where they are left to cool, not a warmer) no matter that I specifically request the newly fried ones and stand there waiting for it. Because they’re not hot enough they don’t compare to the ones from (reviewer redacted name of other preferred loukomades/puffs) down the street. I like their topping and ice cream options, but the puffs themselves just don’t compare.
Came here on a Sunday, and it was pretty empty. I ordered the 12 puffs with 2 favours. I don't understand why their cook decided to pre-booked a bunch of puff and let it rotted under the heat lamp. It's not even crowded, why not do a cook-to-order and provide a fresh puffs experience to your customers? Dined-in, we got the pre-cooked/fried puffs and even our kids felt cheated as it was just soft & warm. From my experience, if you check their kitchen and see those pre-cooked puffs dying under the heat lamp. You should avoid ordering and save your money.

Great place!
Excellent customer service and delicious puffs
Great location. Puffs were super fresh and delicious
I was there on January 12 around 1:15 pm.
The staff member completely ignored me!
The music was so loud that I had to call out him twice before he even heard me,and even then he still did not help me.
I ended up leaving the store without receiving any.
I love 😍
