was very disrespectful when I went to go pick up my Uber order. the lady had helped someone prior to me and handed him his order politely. when I was my turn I had asked for my Uber order just like the gentleman infront of me. instead of handing me my order she slammed the bag onto the counter like she didnt want to be working there. I then asked her why she slammed my order, messing up everything inside, and she didnt acknowledge me at all. poor customer service honestly. you dont slam other people's food onto the counter when they just demonstrated they know how to treat people. honestly, poor.

The one in Montreal was so much better. These were cold and not as good. Was disappointed to say the least. ADDENDUM: THEY WERE COLD, I have had them before in montreal and they were warm. These were NOT warm, contrary to what you say they were supposed to be. Updated to ONE STAR

We had a simple and satisfying visit to Mr Puffs for some good loukoumades, Greek-style donut balls. This location is quite spacious and was decently packed with visitors looking for a good snack.
We had a pack of six Mr Puffs with cookie & cream topping. The order was prepped so quickly and we happily woofed down the puffs in no time. The outer layer is so crispy & crunchy along with a sweet topping, and when you bite in the airiness of the puffs really shine through.
You can see why they prepped so quickly by watching them take a heaping scoop of freshly fried puffs out of the oil fryer. If the puffs were a bit more affordable, I might be make more often for dessert!

In April 2025, we had to go to my cousin’s house we were gonna get Mr. puffs the service was decent, but the problem that I saw from the place was that they did not let us take more than a large order. Normally they would do it for us, but they came up with an unexplained reason why they couldn’t do it. Very greasy compare to other locations. They must be frying them in wrong temperature or something. Ones that I tried in Mississauga location was so much better. I use both locations occasionally, and this location is so bad I had to write a review to let the owner or franchise know.
