From a drawing on paper, to the real thing Vanessa pays so much attention to detail. She’ll ask what’s your theme, what are you wearing and any detail that will help her design the perfect cake for you. And I was shocked at her prices. She’s honestly so affordable for the quality of cake you get. We opted for the strawberry shortcake and red velvet for our birthday cake and the cake was SO FRESH and so good!!! Method of communication is very poor. If email is your preference to communicate then A) responding, clarifying, and answering all requests and questions should be accurate, complete and timely.
B) Paid for delivery of all goods to be delivered by 11am(guests to arrive for 12pm), the cake arrived 25 minutes late and the delivery man, practically running with the cake, tripped over something on the floor (clearly he was not paying attention) and...
