Had Pho and vermicelli. Food quality was very good though the brisket and rare beef portions in the Pho was noticeably less than comparable restaurants like Pho An Ngon. Staffs were ok. Had to wait 10 mins for a designated staff in order to pay my bill even though was standing right at the counter. The floor had quite a bit food crumbs.

I always make sure to ask them to remove cilantro from every single dish when ordering online, but they have never honored that request even once. At this point, it really feels like they don’t even bother to check special instructions for online orders. The food itself is really good, but the service is truly disappointing.
What if someone had an allergy and it caused a serious health issue? That kind of carelessness is unacceptable.
