Based on the reviews, Balzac's is a beautiful location with excellent coffee that tastes significantly better than Tim Hortons. The cookie crumble latte and almond croissant are absolutely divine, and the coffee and snacks all taste great. The service is very friendly and amazing, with staff who are genuinely sweet and kind, checking in on customers to ensure they have everything needed. The café is super clean, comfortable, and has a cozy vibe with great music. There is plenty of seating inside and outside, and the atmosphere, ambiance, and smell of the coffee are perfect. However, for the price, most pastries and sandwiches feel like a Tim Hortons copy with a higher price. The Matcha Frappé is often unavailable despite being on the menu, and the drink has been handed over with the lid open, feeling like the preparation was not fully completed.
