I went to this restaurant at 11 am and they had only two costumers with so many tables empty. I sat at a table I felt comfortable at. They insisted that I needed to move to another table saying that this is a big table although the restaurant was almost empty. Poor costumer service and respect for costumers.

While waiting for my guest, I drew a flower on the order sheet along with my order - The manager or owner said I can’t do that and that he “doesn’t like it”. I asked why, he continued to rudely shout he doesn’t like it! A drawing…on the bottom of the paper. Very weird, extremely rude - I paid for the tea and left. I’m sure the pho would have been great, but it’s more important to treat people with respect and dignity. You’re in the hospitality business - be hospitable to your guests.

Went to have dinner, the smell in the restaurant was absolutely awful, and the sever was just blow his nose while we were ordering . Had to get up and leave because that was an appropriate way as server to blow his nose before we order the food and comes to ask us what we gonna eat ! I mean at least wash your hands . And when I told him no thanks we will leave he just looked at us weird and turn around

A great pho place in Woodbridge. The pho is good, and reasonably priced. Service is pretty quick. Big big fan of their rice chicken and pork dish as well.

Do not order from this restaurant. We ordered 5 noodle dishes, all we got was dry white noodles with a small container on the side that had dry meat with dry vegetables. We also ordered Pad Thai, to later realize that it's another dry noodle dish with no sauce. We paid over $100 for super dry food.
To make it worse the noodles and the rice are uncooked. It is totally inedible. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. I have ordered from Vietnamese restaurants before and never have I gotten dry food like this

?We went here for pho at noon. The meat has an odor smell probably left over, the place itself also very dirty. We inform them about the food and they said its all good and new. Terrible restaurant and customer service will never go here again.
