⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every time I visit Pizza Nova, it’s a 10/10 experience. The pizza is absolutely perfect—always fresh, cheesy, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they serve, and the quality never misses.
What really makes this location stand out, though, is the owners. They are so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely care about their customers. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the people behind it are this amazing.

If I could give no stars I would. 5 people working and it’s been almost 45 minutes for 2 panzarottas. No guest service, no acknowledgement. We are the only people standing in this building. You should be ashamed
I got a party size pizza with 3 toppings, when I opened it at home, it barely had any cheese on it, and of course couldn't taste it. At the edges there was none at all. If I had to guess, the amount of cheese will be 75 to 100g only on a big party size pizza. You would think spending more than $40 to taste a minimum of bread and cheese, there wasn't any cheese there to taste. Additional toppings were onions, sundried tomatoes and roasted peppers. Also, the pizza is not placed on a stone, rather on a metal sheet inside an oven. I was unhappy to the level of writing this on Google. It seems that they are trying to save on ingredients. Also the pizza dough was under seasoned. Come on, it's just a Pizza. ************* Reply to owner's response: Sorry, but I genuinely don't believe you. People are complaining about quantity, quality and customer service. This is cheating and or scam. When you take money from customers, you need to give them a Pizza quality that you will be happy to serve the CEO of your company with confidence. Every Pizza out of the oven should meet that level of standard. Unfortunately many people are telling you again and again and you keep on doing the same mistake again and again. This store in intentionally cutting corners and substantially compromising the quality of a Pizza to save on ingredients. Even the responses from negative reviews are copy and paste, which means zero efforts in learning or taking feedback or retaining customers. Serve quality Pizza might help you with attracting more customers, rather than ingredients and might give you a 2nd chance if you customer service fail. But it seems this store believes they are doing things right as long as they make money. Pizza Nova please spot audit this location and weigh ingredients prior to baking and share your findings with us. I hope both store owner and customers find this useful.
