Service 3.5-4 out of 5: the waitress was friendly, pleasant, and professional, and definitely was doing her best. However she was the only person serving the whole restaurant and it was understandably challenging to attend to every table timely with water and dishes etc. Overall she managed well but could benefit from some help.
Food: 4.5-5 out of 5 While I can't comment on the authenticity of the food as I am not familiar with Georgian cuisine, everything we ordered tasted pretty good and I would be curious to try the rest of the menu.
Value: 3.5-4 out of 5, overall fair value . Portion could be a bit bigger.

We go to Sarko very frequently. It is one of the best Georgian restaurants(very cozy). Today I wanted something new so we went to another Georgian restaurant in North York, it was terrible very small portions and not tasty at all. The whole family was very upset. We took the same dishes as usual but it didn’t fill up. While dishes in Sarko are delicious and portions are good we always have leftovers. I would definitely recommend Sarko!!

The restaurant has nice interior design. But we disappointed with some food : kebab was dry. Chicken in a cream sauce with garlic also was dry, not tasty.

Manager with extended lashes is super rude and unprofessional. She thought that ignoring clients is the best way to serve. The worst customer experience I ever had. Please stay away from this place if you don’t want to traumatize yourself. Owner should change the staff….
