We ordered for pick up at this location . The garlic sauces were all missing from our order. The wings were not fresh and were not cooked well as we requested. The fries tasted like they were a day old . We called the location three times , as soon as we realized the sauces were missing and to let them know that the food was not fresh and nobody picked up . Very dissatisfied with this terrible service . Will not visit this location again.

Dropped in here on my way up the hyway to Orillia from a site visit with my employer. Wings were as suspected. The atmosphere was litlke other Louis I have been in. Just want to highlight the Bar server Ronia. Just a beautiful person with great service and personal skills. She was interested in why I was traveling through and remembered me from 4 months ago. It's staff like her that keep.us road warriors coming back even for a quick lunch.

I've never seen a more horrible place than this one. The wings are always burnt and dry. The $10 kids' meal is so small that it contains maybe 20 pieces of pasta. Don't waste your money on junk. Really bad . When you complain about the food, they quickly give you a free coupon to shut up, and with that coupon, they give you terrible food again.
Me and my friend went to St. Louise on a Thursday evening and had the pleasure of being served by Rania at the bar. She was so sweet and attentive. Our food came out quickly and we had great with conversation. She made us feel so welcome that we're looking forward to my next visit.

The food at this St. Louis location was delicious and well prepared, which we really enjoyed. It was somewhat busy, but not overwhelmingly so. Still, we ended up waiting about 10 minutes to be seated while a few staff members walked around. Once seated, service was a bit on the slow side. Overall, the food makes it worth visiting, but slightly quicker seating and service would make the experience even better.

Ella was Amazing on Thursday night whwn we came for dinner. She was enthusiastic when greeting us at the door and was quick to know what my son needed and ensured that his needs were met first ( which made my husband and I very happy). She was curtious and truely knows what good hoapitality means. You can tell she cares about people and her customer service ia #1. We will be back because of the top notch service Ella gave. Thank you, Ella for all you did for me and my family.
