This was our first time visiting Niagara Custom Crush. What a great opportunity to sample from at least a dozen businesses that make and retail their wines at this facility. We had a flight of 4 oaked Chardonnays to compare the different styles of winemaking and the vineyards that the grapes came from. It was a nice mix. Some of the bottle labels were interesting too. What an incredible hidden gem! Got to try a bunch of small Ontario wineries I’d never heard of, including natural wines from Therianthropy and Bon Sang! that were delicious!
Meg and Val were super helpful, gave us two complimentary glasses of rosé for Mother’s Day, and had great suggestions/insights around all the wines - we also got a very tasty cheese box. Can’t believe we had the place to ourselves on a busy Mother’s Day weekend.
