“First time eating here this past weekend and definitely not the last. I had the Nitehawk sub and lemme tell ya... it is easily in the top 3 sandwiches i've ever had in my life and I am 52 so that says alot! The lettuce/shaved pickle combo teamed up to bring the sandwich over the top of the flavour mountain. The fresh deli style meats and the warm bun that tasted like it just came out of the oven made me smile like I slept with a hanger in my mouth. The friendly staff were all top notch as they chimed in as I navigated through the action-packed menu. My lightly- toasted masterpiece made a Subway sandwich taste like mustard-soiled cardboard. “This morning I stopped in after my workout for a coffee. While eyes up all the delicious looking deserts. I remembered i’m an adult and can have desert for breakfast. I grabbed 1 of each flavour of cheesecake to try. OMG it was so good. The caramel cheese cake is my favourite. But now I need to find out what else I have been missing out on and try all their other deserts. I also really liked the coffee. Looks like Salinas is my new post workout stop. Trying everything else they offer on the menu is my next goal.”

“Today, November 25/25 my husband I returned to Ferrera for lunch. This was not our first visit nor will it be our last. Our host/server Laura, such a lovely woman, was kind and sweet and offering anything we needed. Our meals were absolutely devine. We cannot wait to come back when there is snow on the ground as it's such a beautiful and peaceful setting. 10/10. Thank you. M”

“Food was good and reasonable prices. Service was terrible with attitude. We were seated and no waitress for 10-15 mins. Their phone number was posted on the window….so I proceeded to order over the phone. While doing so, a waitress appeared..said nobody told her she had a table to serve. She was not friendly at all. Probably won’t return there…The Beachhouse for me from now on. We won’t try any new restaurants in dover any more.”

“So, I’m not from around here. Was in town for a concert but was staying at a motel just outside Simcoe. I’d gone here for a bite to eat and some drinks before the show and headed back down afterwards. They had some live music going, I believe his name was Shane. He played some great tunes. The bartender, Justine, was super friendly. Had some laughs with some locals who came in later on. It was time for me to take off when I asked Justine if she could call me a taxi. She kind of laughed and said “I’ll try…” I guess taxis aren’t very reliable around here. Anyways, she reached out to a friend of hers and he came and gave me a lift back to my motel. Very thankful for this, as it would have been a long cold walk. That level of service is not very common. Thank you!”

“The wings were big and saucy more like a restaurant rather than a chain. Much better wings than the nearby chain pizza places. Pizza was typical, fresh toppings, buttery crust. I wish they wouldn't cut a pizza into 16 skinny slices.”
