Bought an over priced excavator truck and opened the package to find it broken. Went back to the store with it still entangled in the net packaging and the owner accused me of breaking it and bringing it back by banging it against something. I just put it in the car and it was a surprise for my son’s birthday at the beach not sure why I would break something only to exchange it. Dishonest, disrespectful and extremely rude service. Oh and she also had the audacity to accuse me that I had come in 3 hours ago when it had been 30 minutes only and I had my receipt to show her the time but she didn’t even look at it because she was too busy insulting me. If you really have to buy something double check because they sell broken items to customers and then say no refunds and no exchanges. My husband bought some food and it was just okay. Do not recommend this place to waste money and even worse customer service.

I frequently visit the Bayview store and restaurant. The store has everything I need for a day at the beach, from sunscreen to beach chairs. The restaurant has delicious food and a great selection of drinks. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing day by the water I highly recommend this establishment and can't wait to visit again!

Terrible service, I was here around 2pm. There were were two groups of people in front of me and a half dozen employees milling around. I left after 30 min having not even been acknowledged in any way. I got fast friendly service down the road.
