The staff ensure COVID guidelines are followed. As soon as I left the table a sign was put there “ not to use until cleaned” 👍
We always come to this tim hortons, very calming place to relax, every person that works there is very pleasant, and knows us when we come in, and know what we like. And always happy to fix anything that isn't correct on an order. Feels like family.
Burnt coffee. Nothing worse than getting a burnt coffee.. from a coffee joint. Imagine getting a burnt burger from a burger joint. They just toss it in wrapper n give it to you.. knowing its burnt. Sigh*

Tim Hortons is a friendly restaurant with polite and hardworking staff. Customers often receive fast and respectful service, with some staff members going above and beyond, such as refunding items if they cannot be made. A young employee with short blonde hair and a big smile is especially appreciated for his work ethic. The coffee is generally good, and if it ever tastes burnt, the staff will kindly replace it. The restaurant also supports the community and youth groups. Overall, it’s a welcoming place to enjoy coffee, visit friends, and experience positive service.
