On the wedding day itself, the whole catering team was fantastic. They were friendly, efficient, and on the ball with service. The food was served hot, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious—no small feat considering it was all done in a tent in the middle of a farm field! We had so many compliments from guests about the meal, which really speaks to the quality and care that went into it.

We hired the in home chef for our wedding meal and for bartending services. Communication beforehand was amazing including scheduling our tasting. Justine was prompt in responding to our emails and checking in. On the day of everything went smoothly and the food was delicious! Thomas and his team were efficient and left the place clean when they were done. We even hired them back for brunch the next morning and it was equally delicious! 10/10 I would highly recommend!

Thomas and his team catered our wedding and it was by far the best food we have ever had! The guests all approached us and told us how wonderful it all was. My husband and I are very picky eaters and Thomas accommodated everything we asked! He also accomodated dietary restrictions and food allergies the day of. We loved that Thomas allowed us to come for a food tasting beforehand and allowed us to give him feedback on each dish. Thomas also allowed us to bring in our own cupcakes and take the leftover food from dinner home which most other companies don't allow!
Our only frustration throughout the process was the communication with Thomas's assistant. It seemed every email we sent there was some kind of confusion and extra charges being added on. Wedding planning is very busy and stressful and we felt this was a preventable issue had she read our emails more throughly or asked more follow up questions to avoid any confusion. Closer to the day of we requested our coordinator take over communication to avoid further frustration. Eventually we requested a video call with Thomas himself to iron out all the details and he was immediately able to fix all the issues within a few minutes. We grately appreciated Thomas taking the time to do this since we know how busy he is!
Overall we highly recommend Thomas and his team to cater any major events, we were very impressed the day of!
