Amazing people that owns this place. Amazing authentic Italian food. Gorgeous location makes me feel like I’m dining in Italy with the quality food and atmosphere! Love it
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of visiting this hidden gem and we absolutely loved it!! We traveled all the way from Miami, FL and this place did not disappoint. From the food to the people, everything was absolutely amazing. Thank you for having us and our friends!
Villa Conti is spectacular with its rustic old-world look. The food is amazingly spectacular. The service is friendly, courteous, and professional.I give Villa Conti 5 out of 5 mustaches.
I took my friend there for lunch & I swear this place is a hidden gem. Everything about the restaurant was absolutely perfect. The place, vineyards, interiors, staff, owner, food. I never had such a delicious pasta in my entire life. I loved every bit of it & the fresh wine was just amazing. Whole staff was so welcoming. It literally rejuvenated my soul. Thankyou❤️❤️❤️
Made this a road trip destination and it was disappointing. The location and the restored farmhouse/barn restaurant building are charming, so this review didn't lose all it's stars. But there was something unsettling about the atmosphere and dynamics of the staff/owners/customers that made us uncomfortable and feel unwelcomed. As well, the waitress was young and sweet, but made such a point of excusing herself multiple times throughout over visit about how she was fairly new, so we didn't complain or bring up any concerns. She wasn't even able to answer our question about what the 'chefs pasta' was (the only side offered with every main). The owner's son was standing nearby when we asked this question, and he just kind of shouted out the answer over his shoulder and sounded annoyed. The food was also disappointing. Although the warm focaccia bread was delicious and tasted fresh, the Chicken Parmigan was gross. The very bottom layer of the thin slab of chicken (before the breaded part of the bottom) was rubbery , hard to cut through, and chewy. The portion size was ok - two thin pieces of chicken when were only expecting one, so too bad they were barely edible. After that experience we were hesitant to try any desserts, so we paid our bill and quietly left. We won't be back.Just a final minor point - there was no garbage in the washroom to put used paper towel after washing your hands.
Wow. Moved to the county, and who knew we had Tuscany in our backyard. Proper traditional Italian food. The owner was available to chat about the menu, the area, the grounds! What a gem, truly. I have missed travelling, but this place brings Italy to us.
As 80+ year old seniors we're been riding our recumbent trikes all over Ontario this summer all the while enjoying the many restaurants as well. This was going to be our last challenge of the season. Ride down to Castleton and then back to the winery but up Covert Hill an 9% slope. Our reward was lunch at the winery. Hubby had the soup & I enjoyed a crisp but creamy Caesar salad. Alex our server was welcoming and friendly. We both had the Arrosto Misto a selection of lamb chops, chicken legs, pork roast and sausage with mushrooms and potatoes on the side as well as a bowl of penne pasta in tomato sauce. Everything was delicious. Cooked to perfection-especially the 2 generous Frenched lamb chops with rosemary my personal favorite. We finished the meal with Tiramisu and Limoncello, both made in Italy, & coffees. We splurged on a bottle of 2019 Amarone, my very first time tasting it. We enjoyed the views on the patio while busy workers were harvesting the grapes. We chatted later with Tomasso, the owner and appreciated his longtime love of the property. Villa Conti Oak Heights is a gem in the area and should not be missed. BTW the servings were so generous we enjoyed them next day for dinner with our left-over wine.
Stopped buy to do a wine tasting, then decided to have lunch. Excellent food and service. Wine is also good. Bought a case to bring home and share. Will definitely go back with our friends.
I was taken out for my birthday dinner and was not disappointed whatsoever. As a restaurant owner and sommelier for over 37 years I believe that “I can’t make it” is not in a true chef’s/owners vocabulary. I wanted veal scallopini with fresh pasta with local shiitake and lobster mushrooms-exactly what I wanted they prepared for me. Never mind the wine list, more available on the bar to select from. Thank you Tomasso and Bambina excellent time, food and service. See you soon.
So happy to have found this gem an hour from home. When friends described its charm and beauty I could not imagine it was this good! The setting, the food, the wine all combined for a fantastic dining experience. Will definitely be back!

Such a nice evening spent with my huni at Villa Conti... Parked the trailer and enjoyed the quiet grounds and calming scenery.Dinner and wine were delicious! Woke up to a beautiful a sunrise. We will be back in the fall!
A delightful Italian culinary journey awaits at this hidden gem! The flavors were exquisite, the service top-notch, and the farm-to-table concept truly brings out the essence of Italian cuisine. Combine that with the finest wines and the idyllic Warkworth countryside, and you've got yourself an unforgettable Italian dining experience. Don't miss out!
Looked like a beautiful location. Unfortunately we arrived between meal services. We are intending to return in the future. Hopefully the cuisine is as good as the atmosphere.
Do not come here. We were totally shamed for not ordering dinner? We even ordered a salad and the owner said next time he would say no to our table if we did not agree to dinner. Absolutely horrid
This place is amazing. Food is awesome. The staff are friendly and helpful.
