Attended a ladies luncheon for Women of Wasaga, 50+ in attendance, only 2 servers which meant that for a function from 1-3pm some ladies were still waiting for their food at 230!
The soups of the day was a “creamy tomato” and a mushroom soup. The tomato soup was watery, without any flavour and an unusual colour of orange so we sent it back to switch for the mushroom which was much better.
The young server was very apologetic and helpful though!
We brought our 2 pups to eat on the patio, the owners brought them water and a treat of bacon 🥓, it was our first time taking our puppies (8 months) out for dinner. It was a very positive experience. The food and service were great! I had fish and chips, hubby had seafood platter. We have been here several times never disappointed!
Great owners, amazing staff fantastic, food, great entertainment, but book ahead!!

The Hive is a family-friendly spot with proper-sized gluten-free bread. They offer a lovely gluten-free French toast and the best French Onion soup. Customers enjoy live music, good food, reasonable prices, and fantastic service from the nice owners. A happening place for dining with family and friends. The Hive has a great atmosphere and great staff and owners. Dinner was fantastic! Parties of adults and kids are accommodated extremely well. Great hospitality, wholesome food, and amazing prices are highly recommended. Everything ordered was fresh, hot, and extremely delicious. Dinner and service were amazing. The Chicken Piccata special was delicious. The fish and chips were not over battered and cooked perfectly, with perfect French fries. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Great food, great atmosphere, and the burgers are cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crispiness on the toasted buns.
