Our server was very good. Although the food was good, we waited for a VERY long time for it to come to the table. It was at least 45 minutes. The restaurant was not overly busy and our order wasn't complicated. We also found it difficult to have a conversation because the background music was very loud.
Normally our dining experience is very good, good food, good service, clearly or we wouldn't often return. This particular dinner was mediocre, the fish was a greasy, the ribs and coleslaw were both very dry. The service also was okay but not the usual very good. We will be back, as this is not the norm.
Amy was our serve and mind you she was the only server on the floor when we arrived at 3:15pm. Amy was friendly and patient when we were deciding what to order. Amy always came by to see how things were and if we were enjoying the food. Was a little slow getting the bill, however like I mentioned she was the only one in the floor. Love coming to eat here as we have never ever had a bad experience or bad meal. Our staple restaurant, as this is the only decent restaurant in Wasaga...
