We had exceptional service from Mr. Sub in Waterdown. I reached out to Chris on short notice to prepare subs for a bus trip with clients and colleagues, and he went above and beyond to ensure our subs were freshly made and not soggy for the trip. Chris baked fresh buns the day before and stayed late in the evening to prepare the subs. He even came in very early the next day to slice the tomatoes and package separate containers for all the extra toppings and sauces. My clients and colleagues were very happy with lunch! It’s always great to support small businesses, and I truly appreciate Chris’s outstanding attention to detail.

I have been going to this location for many years. How many I will not say, just many years lol. The staff has always been amazing! My favorite is the Louisiana chicken on the cheese bread. They have many selections and the toppings are always so fresh!! I prefer them to that other popular chain, that I will not name by name haha.

Waited 10mins in store, I was the only customer as the guy made online orders. I should have left but I'm not a fan of Subway. This kind of service will now make me a fan. Have some respect for the walk in customer before making sandwiches for someone that didn't want to visit your location.
Fantastic little spot. Owners are absolutely delightful. Always a nice greeting and small chat. Have had many experiences with getting a free cookie or a free pickle, just going the extra mile to show you they care. And food is always delicious and fresh.

ordered a smoked meat with only one topping which was cheese and nothing else and not even any sauces. as compared to other Mr subs i go too they usually add a little more meat and most put another cheese on it when they find out i am not adding any other items to my sub. Mr sub personnel are usually are very pleasant but not today. Think it was someone new as regular person was there i think he manages it or maybe owns it but he stayed in the back. It wasn't a positive experience and will no longer attend that store.
