Asked for ice cap with shot of espresso. Was given overflowing cup with hot espresso on top. Asked them to mix it. Older lady today me it’s going to do that no matt33 and what. I said I get it all the time and this is the only time I’ve ever gotten that. Grabbed the cup and rollled her eye at me and said “fine”. This is the “remade” ice cap photo enclosed.
No problem with anything but the horrific bad attitude. Sort that out promptly

If you’re not set up to take mobile orders then don’t accept mobile orders. 20 minutes for a drink because your staff ignores mobile orders isn’t acceptable.

I love Tim Hortons and really want to keep coming back, but the Iced Capp machine situation is beyond frustrating. It always seems to work fine in the mornings, but by the afternoon it’s “not functioning” — and this has happened way too many times to be a coincidence.
It’s especially disappointing when you’re looking forward to a cold drink on a warm day. Meanwhile, the Starbucks just up the street always has their iced drinks available, no problem.
I’m still hopeful this gets fixed, because I’d rather support Tim’s — but the inconsistency is making that harder and harder.

Absolutely horrible service. I was in the drive thru and the white lady who does not speak English saw us who arrived first and went to take other lines order for 2 orders and completely just ignored us. When I asked her she said she saw us and what’s the matter with it. I was in the line for 10 minutes what matter with it? You wasted my time and with that horrible attitude. Fire her
