Wheelchair accessibility: At the front door there is a ramp for people in wheelchairs. Most places like these don’t think about that stuff, very cool!

If I could give 0 stars I would. So be thankful for the 1 star. Out of 6 items ordered 4 came incorrect. 2 baileys hot latte / sausage egg bagel / sausage egg farmers wrap / double stacked muffin / 10 Tim bits…. Instead we got 2 hot chocolate/ egg bagel no sausage / breakfast biscuit no wrap (apparently grill was broken but failed to point this out at order and just made something anyway) / double stacked muffin and the Tim bits was the only correct item… I took the bagel back and they fixed it I took the hot chocolates back and they tried to fix it bless them! trusting that they wouldn’t mess the drinks up again having stressed that we asked for 2 hot baileys lattes, we ended up walking out with our new drinks to start walking home only to find we got hot milk latte no coffee in it topped with cream and candy cane… needless to say I didn't walk back at this point. Please go visit a Tim’s with the older generation behind the tills they seem to understand and speak English very well still!

From friendly and engaging staff, quick and efficient service to getting what I want, the way I want it, when I wanted it. Positive experience from start to finish.
Drive-through / service is slow… staff barely listens to your order, and once the lady gave me a hard time for not moving out of the drivethrough window fast enough… as she had let go of my coffee about 0.1 seconds earlier.
There’s a McDonalds in the same parking lot, don’t bother with this location, there’s another timmies 2min away if you really must.

Very upsetting, after getting a coffee I used the washroom facilities. While using the facilities someone had knocked on the door and I answered. Then the door opened by and employee for me to yes it’s occupied. Very upsetting and uncomfortable. All that the employee said was we knocked and didn’t hear an answer. After notifying a manager a very similar response was given and no real apology for what happened. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This is very sickening situation that should never happen to anyone else
