Ordered my usual hot chai latte and its was extremely bitter and gross. Both the drink and foam on top were dark brown. So bad I couldn't even drink it. Very disappointed.

Asked for ice cap with shot of espresso. Was given overflowing cup with hot espresso on top. Asked them to mix it. Older lady today me it’s going to do that no matt33 and what. I said I get it all the time and this is the only time I’ve ever gotten that. Grabbed the cup and rollled her eye at me and said “fine”. This is the “remade” ice cap photo enclosed.
No problem with anything but the horrific bad attitude. Sort that out promptly
