My group of friends came for the weekday lunch special and I think it’s a pretty good deal. The food was really good, we were impressed with everything especially the grilled salmon. They have self serve salad, dim sum and ice cream. The only downside is that the service is really slow. The waitress have to come and submit your order every time you make an order on the tablet, and then the robocat will bring the order to you. I don’t understand the point of having to have the waitress send the order like that but maybe that’s just me.

The food is pretty good but the service here is HORRIBLE. Honestly I’ve been twice and both times the service has been so bad that it ruined the meal. Half the time it’s impossible to get someone’s attention if you need something and if someone finally does come over they either are argumentative about your request or completely do not understand you. Be warned that your entire table has to agree to with to with All you can or a la carte, you can’t order separately. I have no desire to go back, there are so many other better iotikns for sushi.

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE!!!I was harassed by the waitresses, like many other reviews on this page...There were a few issues with this place, mainly I want to speak on the waitresses.Firstly, the service is horrible. You have a bunch of pissed off looking ladies walking around and avoiding taking your order. It took me 4 tries to get the attention of a waitress after they passed by my table 3 times. Obviously the food wasn't great, I'll touch on that later. But after I wasn't impressed by the meal, as well as the horrible service since the ladies, especially one of them, had the worst attitudes I had ever seen in the service industry. When I was paying for a meal, I am a first year university student without much money and I simply wanted to enjoy a meal with my friends before the term ended. I was also left extremely disappointed by the service since a) attitude was a clear issue and b) the food is delivered by robots rather than the servers so I decided not to leave a tip when paying with cash. The lady with the worst attitude of them all happened to be the one giving me the bill, so I said I wanted my change and she flat out asked me "You don't wanna give a tip?" in an angry, rude, and intimidating tone as if she was trying to pressure me into leaving her a tip. I genuinely do think this is unacceptable since it is my choice if I want to leave a tip based on your behaviour and the quality of the food, and trying to criticize me or pressure me into leaving a tip is UNACCEPTABLE. I did stick with my no-tip and she came back with my change, all in coins (was exactly 5 dollars) and slammed it on the table and walked away. This restaurant has serious issues.Another issue is two of my friends were left seriously ill after eating here. My roommate has been dealing with stomach problems to the point where he has been using the washroom 7-10 times a day, during exam season, and water is the only thing coming out each time. Please do not eat here. I understand it's cheap and cost effective for all you can eat but the food quality should not be heath-threatening and you should not be treated in this manner.

Underwhelming experience. Not a lot of selection. Too much sauce on the rolls. Some of sashimi was frozen or chewy. Calamari was not edible and not fresh. Too much oil and garlic used in general. Would rather go to Mandarin.

We had quite a terrible experience at this restaurant. First of all, the menu was quite limited. Second of all, after ordering, we had to wait 35-40 minutes PER DISH to come out. Not all at once, PER one or two dishes. Third of all, the quality of the food in general was horrible. The fish was very old and slimy and had an extremely fishy taste. The rest of the menu items we ordered (and we tried most of the menu) tasted like mediocre frozen food. Nothing felt fresh there. The service was bad. We had to wait a while to be seated while the restaurant was half empty, the servers noticed us but ignored us for a while upon entering the restaurant. The system of ordering was bad, although we ordered on an iPad, we still had to wait for the servers to come around and confirm our order, which always took 20 minutes or more on top of the 40-minute wait time for the dishes to come out. The servers were also quite rude, ignoring us and slamming the food onto our table whenever each of our INDIVIDUAL, not multiple, dishes came out. Finally, when we tried to pay, our bill was $82.49 and we didn't want to tip because the quality of the food and service was incredibly bad. We tried to pay $90, and the server asked "Any change?". We first thought she meant if we had any changes in a smaller amount and said no. However, when we realized that she meant if we needed any change back, we requested our change back. Also, tipping in this restaurant is voluntary, as stated in the receipt. However, the server argued with my 16-year-old sister, saying that we said "no change". We tried very hard to be nice and explain to her we misunderstood, however, she kept refusing and saying that we told her "no change". Finally, she left mid-conversation and came back and threw the change at us, which were all coins. We were rushed out of the restaurant and we were given glares afterward. This was a completely horrible situation, I will never come here ever again and I would like to forewarn those who are thinking of coming here.

sushi quality is disappointing for the price you pay for AYCE. Didn’t particularly enjoy anything I ate there except for the egg tarts and wonton soup. There’s better sushi in KW like kens and watami sushi. Unfortunately will not be returning here.

The food quality & service wins the top one of the worst sushi restaurant. The service aunt will treat Chinese people differently. International students must not come. I beg you. That aunt didn't do her job well, couldn't collect the plates in time (she smiled at the white people and closed the dishes in time), she was mad at us, sighed and accused us of not putting the plates around, it was really disgusting! ! There is also a mandatory tip. Chinese compatriots, please don't go. It's really disgusting. Even if the ingredients are not fresh, it is really bad for the waiter to give you a bad look, as if the customers owe her money. Aren’t there other restaurants in town that are delicious?

A very good place for buffet. Weekdays prices are reasonable. The sushis are really tasty. The staff are friendly. The food comes in a well timed manner. Overall I'd definitely come again.
