I had a very bad experience at A&W Restaurants. I am an Uber Eats driver and I had to wait about 20–30 minutes for the order. The staff were busy talking on the phone instead of preparing the order. Because of this, the delivery was delayed and it affects drivers and customers. The service should be faster and staff should pay more attention to delivery orders. Very disappointing experience.

Honestly the past few months this location has gone to crap!! Everytime i order from here lately it ALWAYS has missing items...pay extra for bacon and cheese none of it on the burger. I didnt even modify a burger and they missed toppings on it...like what is going on?

Update: tried again and it took 25 minutes to receive my app ordered meal that i ordered 10 minutes before arriving...stood and waiting....ended up getting cold food....never coming here again!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received this evening. I ordered through Uber Eats, and I have never had an issue like this.. The app claimed that my order was being picked up, but the drivers kept changing and the delivery time kept extending. As I called the restaurant to see what the issue is, they claimed the order had already been picked up by a driver, however, they said they didn’t give the delivery driver a confirmation code or verified that they picked it up. The driver did not pick up the order. If they had done so, it would say the order is on the way, but it still said it was in the process of being prepared. The individual that answered the call at the restaurant at 2:08 am on Sunday February 22 was so unbelievably rude and talked over me, would not listen to my complaint, refused to give his name for when I make a proper complaint to the restaurant, and refused to allow us to speak to a manager, as well as refused to make the correction to the order, they could have remade the order and sent it with the driver that was SUPPOSED to pick it up, but instead he yelled at me over the phone and said “it is not their responsibility to remake the order” and refused to help in any way. These are the type of employees you want to represent your company?? If the order had been picked up it would 100% say “your order is on the way” but no, it said it was STILL being prepared and WAITING to be picked up. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. If that’s how your employees talk to your customers, I am not surprised for your such low reviews

Can’t even get an Uber Eats order right that’s displayed for them as well making sure it’s the proper uber driver picking up the order by confirming the pickup number. Instead makes us wait an hour and continues on giving new drivers to waste their time and ours!

I went to this store today afternoon I ordered two crispy veggie burgers , now i got my order and i started eating the burger . After eating one bite I figured it was something else , one crew member showed up to me and handed me the crispy veggie burgers saying that the one i was eating was beyond meat. Now first and foremost he was not apologetic at all. Not even a sorry or anything he handed me the one i orderd like it was my mistake ordering the food. Another thing , he told me it was beyond meat the one that i actually ate , but it had cheese in it . It was clearly a beef patty. Never visting again. Very bad customer service.
