Every single time I have visited this location in Waterloo, I am met with disinterested and rude customer service. On multiple occasions the employees forget an item or are just unapologetically impolite. This location has the potential to be very busy and strive but the customer service sector needs to improve.

Went through the drive through and they charged me for the wrong order, then still got my burger wrong after fixing the payment and the burger was room temperature. Wont be returning to this location

I ordered the chicken strips and poutine and they were so disgusting, the chicken strips were hard to the point that after I ate the first one I had to throw it in the garbage and the poutine was garbage they barely had any gravy or cheese on it and the portion for the money that I paid for it was not worth it and I would not recommend any of the above to anyone, I was so disgusted and disappointed and I will never eat there again what a waste of money

I recently visited A&W and was blown away by their delicious burger and onion rings! The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor.
But the real star of the show was the onion rings. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning.

Thank you very much for the Halloween event. The food was delicious and I have eaten in other restaurants many times before. But I don't know why, the staff attitude to us is not very good, a friend and I took two children to collect, we bought two bottles of milk on the spot, we saw the advertisement can receive milk, so go up to consult, the staff gave a child a bottle, the other child has not given, do not know why, keep saying only one, Maybe he saw the milk he bought on our table? Why should we treat children differently, which I think will have an impact on children's psychology. Finally, thank you very much for this activity, the children are still very happy under my adjustment

Been eating at this A&W for many years, and the food quality has definitely improved over the years for example the breakfast items! However I'd say the service has decreased. This A&W has and will always be my favourite A&W however today, I was really upset when I asked for the Limited Edition berry turnover, and instead gotten the apple one. Not only that, the apple pie was UNCINNAMONED which really, really upsets me. Please do better.

Ran late getting home and Allen & Wright (A&W 😉). We're on the way.
A great option all the time. We usually get burger combos and trade the reg fries for a poutine or Sweet potato fries (delicious spicy dipping sauce). Always fast service and delicious food. I only dropped a ⭐ because this time, and this time only, they had no poutine.

The rotating menus make it impossible to understand the menu. I ask for a chicken wrap and a buddy burger with cheese as it states on the menu and somehow I got a chicken burger . The price on the menu for the burger with cheese is all inclusive, but I had to pay extra on mine
