I love A&W but this might be the worse location I’ve ever been too. I waited 20 minutes with 3 people in line for a burger and a fry. And the service was not even good. Will never come back to this location that’s for sure.

Food is alright for food court food…. But often the fries are stale since they prep so many in advance… But the fact that SOME of the staff think it’s okay to sit on the food prep counter and chat through the pass through makes me question if all work surfaces get sat on… do hands get washed too?

My first time here I like other a&w's I've been to but the kitchen staff at this one is absolutely useless there's one lady ahead of me waiting for food it's breakfast time so I'm assuming fresh food is being made right? and I'm waiting, so I get my food go sit in my car to eat, the sandwich is a greasy mess the egg is cold but the cheese is melted (I don't even wanna know) same with the hashbrown cold n soaked in oil like it was fried in cold oil like what kind of malicious food hating aliens are taking over the fast food industry in Ontario!? it's concerning ?

This place screws up my order every time I go, but they do fix it when I let them know they did it wrong.
