I had a great experience at the A&W in Conestoga Mall recently, all thanks to one of the team members who served me – I believe her name was Rythm. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and suggested all the food options so nicely. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Her positive attitude and helpful suggestions really stood out and made my visit so much better. If you stop by, I hope you get served by her – she truly adds a great vibe to the place!

I wanted to give Aghila her flowers for my recent experience here. I was waiting in line to order, and after finishing taking the previous customer’s order, she was busy with other tasks but communicated to me that she needed a moment. Then I ordered some items that indicated maybe it was for a child, and so she offered some stickers to me for my son who wasn’t present with me and a QR code for a contest. With the erosion of customer service standards everywhere, she was pleasant, communicated well, and anticipated my needs. Food was hot also, and side note, the family washrooms at the food court are excellent, with toilets and sinks that are toddler friendly. Thank you Aghila, I hope you are appreciated as an employee!

I tried the A&W Veggie Masala Burger and really enjoyed it! The flavors were unique and satisfying, with a good blend of spices. The server was friendly and made the experience even better. It was a nice visit overall, and I’d definitely go back to try more. A good spot for a quick, flavorful veggie meal.

Today had a Mama burger at A&W in Conestoga mall. Very clean front counter and area! Staff are always smiling and happy. Atmosphere is good, the burger itself is a nice portion size. Unfortunately I missed out on coupons usually I can get this combo for $10.00. Overall it’s a decent combo fries are thick! Their soft drinks even though there’s no ice it’s very cold!
