Finally decided to check this place out after passing by many times and was glad I did. The lighting, music, and overall ambience is extremely classy. Our server was very responsive and friendly. A must-visit if you're in Waterloo!

We came for Valentine’s dinner and had an under whelming experience. It’s a lovely spot but we didn’t realize it’s more so a bar and not regularly a restaurant serving main courses. It was a fixed menu ($120 for one app, two slices of lasagna and a cheesecake) and we had to choose our main course in advance and still it took us two hours for dinner. The drinks were top notch, but the food was very bland, and not really as described- there was no prosciutto with the Burrata which it was supposed to come with. For the price I had expected an excellent meal, not a mediocre one- most of the food was very tasteless. We aren’t normally drinkers so we likely won’t return. If you are a drinker and like fancy cocktails then this place is great for you.

Her and her team responded quickly to my requests and were so patients with all of the questions I had. The food and drinks were amazing and I will most definitely will be returning many times! Went here for a couple of drinks with my partner and it was great. Smaller in size but cozy with a decent vibe.We sat at the bar since there was a private event in the back so space was limited. Ordered two cocktails and the bartender was quick to make them. Delicious!We ordered two others and they were well-balanced with great flavour. Would definitely come here again.Parking: Street parking is usually hard to find but transit options are great. Parking is available in nearby lots with about a 7 minute walk.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Like don't bring them.

I’ve been to Babylon Sisters a few times and have had positive experiences for the most part. The sisters who own it are very friendly and work to make your evening enjoyable. The atmosphere is very chill, plus they have an amazing dj on the weekends that never misses!Unfortunately, my last visit was disappointing. My friend and I had drinks at the bar and were tended to by Amanda. Throughout the evening, Amanda was making nasty comments suggesting that weren’t able to afford drinks here - apparently the drinks and prices were “too boujee” for our taste (verbatim in quotes). This really made our evening sour, which especially sucked because I was celebrating a big job Promotion. It made us feel very uncomfortable, and had us doubting our appearance (because why would she make those classist assumptions). Just wanted a chill and low-key night out to celebrate, this evening which I think would’ve been perfect if it weren’t for our the sever, Amanda. Otherwise, Babylon is great!

Friendly atmosphere. This spot defines good use of available space while providing 7-Star-level Service. If you're looking for an absolute vibe on your dime and budget, look no further. My girl and other friends had a blast here on Halloween celebration. It was non stop vibe. DJ was awesome, drinks reasonably priced and promoter and Hooda is the friendliest warmest guy I've ever met. I bought bottles non stop without noticing, because with good service, I don't mind spending for the value of my money. Keep it up , Great spot, 7 stars if I could.
Foccacia bread is excellent. Charcuterie boards are underwhelming. Atmosphere is very nice.
