Unfortunately I had a very poor experience yesterday at the Conestoga Mall BarBurrito. Started with unfriendly service and the girl made my burrito with 50% less filling than any other BarBurrito restaurants in town. I paid for the guacamole and she gave me a 1/4 “scoop” which was rather offensive. It’s the smallest burrito I’ve ever received from any Barburrito in town. Her negative energy was quite off putting and when I asked for a little more sauce she flooded it with hot bbq sauce and ruined the burrito, and my appetite before I even took a bite. I wish I would have just left the burrito there :(

I've been to this location a couple of times and had the same food. So the issues I'm gonna mention are not a one-time thing. Firstly, don't spend your money on the guacamole here. It's more onion than avocado. Secondly, I don't know why they're so hesitant to put veggies in the bowls. I've been to other locations, and this place puts half the veggies like lettuce and corn in a bowl. Lastly, they were so reluctant to give us knives! I want to eat my food with a fork and knife, and they only gave us one knife to share! I highly do NOT recommend this branch. And I'm personally not coming back.

I ordered crunchy chicken tacos through UberEats, specifically requesting the chicken in bang bang sauce. Unfortunately, the tacos were very poorly made, with barely any in them, and my instructions were completely ignored. Everything was shoved into the smallest box they had and the guacamole was also bland and underwhelming considering it was $3.50. Extremely disappointed
