Staff do not change their gloves in between touching product and container containers and God knows what when they go into the back room… Same gloves for the entire order it’s quite disgusting!!!
Also, twice I have gone there and waited minimum of five minutes for someone to come out from the back or to pay attention while they were cleaning the floor in the front of the store

The staff were amazing. I have a long list of food allergies and rarely eat out. The staff were very accommodating and made guacamole for me with no tomatoes. The food was fantastic. Thank you for going the extra mile, I will be back.

Burrito bowl was a small portion (a table spoon of guac for $1.50) and the Pulled pork was foul: smelled rancid, awful sour taste, and tough. Worst bowl I've had at a chain....Buritto Boyz or Chipotle are worth the drive. Or Qdoba. Won't be returning to BB. Annoying to spend so much for meat of that poor quality.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience yesterday at the Conestoga Mall BarBurrito. Started with unfriendly service and the girl made my burrito with 50% less filling than any other BarBurrito restaurants in town. I paid for the guacamole and she gave me a 1/4 “scoop” which was rather offensive. It’s the smallest burrito I’ve ever received from any Barburrito in town. Her negative energy was quite off putting and when I asked for a little more sauce she flooded it with hot bbq sauce and ruined the burrito, and my appetite before I even took a bite. I wish I would have just left the burrito there :(
