I had an amazing experience at BarBurrito with their Falafel Bowl. The dish was packed with fresh flavors, and every bite was delicious! The customer service was excellent—friendly staff and quick service by Saheb Singh made the experience even better. I highly recommend trying the Falafel Bowl if you're looking for a flavorful and satisfying meal. Definitely coming back!

Unfortunately, this location gets 2 stars for the sole reason of bad hygiene. The first time I noticed a female walking out of washroom, and not washing her hands before putting her gloves on. The second time a male wipes his nose on his lower arm, and puts on his gloves to serve food. The third time the same male is licking his fingers in the back kitchen from eating his food, and goes on to serve without washing his hands, yet again before putting his gloves on. I am happy they wear gloves, but they are doing it with contaminated hands. I truly hope their management will take my review as a positive improvement towards their foodservice industry at 584 Weber St N, Waterloo, ON N2V 1K4. Thank you!
