I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor service I experienced at your BarBurrito branch located atH3-584 Weber Street North, Waterloo, Ontario, on June 22, 2025, at approximately 4:50 PM.
I had placed an order for two boxes, but during the ordering process, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff member preparing the food. She was noticeably rude and uncooperative. When I asked to switch one of the boxes to a bowl, she initially refused, stating the order could not be changed. After some discussion, she eventually agreed to change it, but then charged extra for fries that were part of the original box meal.
Additionally, I did not receive the chips that were supposed to come with the box, and despite the extra charge, the service was dismissive and unhelpful.
This experience was very disappointing and not what I would expect from a reputable food chain like BarBurrito. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take the appropriate steps to ensure better customer service at this location in the future.
