The food at barBurrito is fresh, fast, and to complete the alliteration, fantastic!

There are a wide variety of ways to enjoy your burritos, tacos, and quesadillas.

Our Customer Service representative was very helpful (we also arranged catering during our visit) knowledgeable, and friendly.

We will visit the store at Bridgeport Plaza, in Waterloo, again.

I have never had an issue until the last time I was there. The woman that served me was absolutely amazing. Nothing bad to say about her. However, the man that was working with her, well, that's a completely different situation. I watched as he was abrupt with a female customer during her order and, at one point yelled at her, because she asked for a 3rd sauce in her bowl. I was a little put off by that but didn't say anything. He then was rude to 2 teenagers that came in and then, turned to me and was belligerent to me because the woman serving me, gave me 3 spoons of rice on my burrito.
A long story short, I contacted head office regarding his customer service and they ghosted me. So, here I am to leave this review. It ticks me off because I really do like this place but, as long as this person is still working there, I will not be going and I will tell anyone who asks, go somewhere else.

Staff is very friendly, specially Kuldeep and Shubham. Very good service and response. Very neat and clean cold and hot tables. Taking care of all required things. Wearing hairnet and staff changing their hand gloves for each orders which is the great thing for all.
