Surprisingly good food and the staff are very accommodating and pleasant. We felt hesitant to order a brisket meal and split it, but the staff happily did that for us and did a fantastic job!!! We will go again and again.

I've been here multiple times in the summer due to Salsa in the Square. I was fortunate to have Sam Everytime serving me drinks. Sam is an absolute ray of sunshine 🌟 behind the bar. Always friendly, respectful, warm, fun, cheerful and makes the night feel special Everytime 💃✨ - Thank You Sam 💛

Loved our lunch here! Been here a couple of times, and the service and food never disappoint! We sat in the Beer Garden and the vibes were amazing as we got to enjoy music (from another event) and the last bits of summer :)

My husband and I would like to thank our server and the other Beertown, Waterloo staff from last night. On recognising a difficult and emotional situation was unfolding during our evening whilst there-our server responded with such grace, showing us exceptional kindness and empathy.
This was of course in addition to providing us great service, food, and the best seats/ table on the patio-( it just so happened to offer a view of the buskers festival below with great music and entertainment) and beside the peaceful water features lit up and accented by flowers bursting with colour …

Had a fabulous birthday dinner out in the beer garden so my dog could join us ! She loved her special treatment and unseasoned burger !!

Really just the perfect pub. Although our evening didn’t necessarily go to plan, the staff were very gracious. The food was lovely and above all the beverages were exquisite. Perhaps a bit too exquisite. Nevertheless, as somebody who has been to pubs across Europe, this most definitely stands out. It is truly lovely.

Far too noisy. You can’t hear the person in front of you, they blast the music too loud and everyone seems compelled to yell.

My little sister picked Beertown as her birthday dinner and we had an amazing time with Keira as our server! Right off the bat, she was so friendly and welcoming to us and throughout our entire dining experience she was super relatable, helpful and so much fun to talk to :) She really made our dinner memorable and we will definitely be returning! Food was great, atmosphere was great and not too loud, really great dinner!

Great service, lots of beers and a menu that has something for everyone. Only thing I seem to notice each time we go is it always seems really loud there. If you don't care about that it's worth going
