This isn’t a review. I just want to assure everybody that if you have any problem with the facility, do not reach out unless you want the entire restaurant to be talking about you like highschool teenagers and getting harassed on Instagram the next day. I reached out because one of the employees was making sexual advances at my partner, making him greatly uncomfortable ruined our anniversary only to find out that the entire situation has been spread around the restaurant and we got back to my boyfriend and is now receiving messages from employees completely disgusting behavior. I don’t understand how people can run a restaurant and act like they’re 14 years old. Such a shame to see sad behaviour like this from grown adults. Worst staff and management I have ever seen. I think that Burger King has better management and quality than this restaurant.

Great food and great service, but the uniform change ?? Like what are we talking about. It feels like I went to some CEO dinner

We come all the time, great beer choices and cool staff. I will say, this new uniform they wear changes the vibe? The black shirts are super weird as a patron, like it doesn't fit the place at all and I would get it at a higher end place like Bauer Kitchen or Trio, but at the local sports bar? Weird choice.

I had a horrible experience here which is really disheartening because I love beer town I used to go all the time I came here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and everything was going really well until our server came. I wish she gave her name, but I’m starting to think that she didn’t cause she knew she would get in trouble for her behavior. She was beyond rude. She didn’t even care to make eye contact with me or say anything to me the only thing she said to me is that she knew my partner, and then proceeded to only talk to him for the entirety of the dinner she’s leaning over the table she’s making sexual advances making very inappropriate comments, flirtatious gestures towards him he voiced to me that he was growing really uncomfortable and really did not like her being our server it put both of us in a really uncomfortable position. This was a few weeks ago. I honestly thought I could let it go and get over it cause I didn’t want to cause a problem, but I’m still very frustrated by it and my partner is still left feeling disgusted and uncomfortable. I don’t think any employees should be flirtatious to a customer not to get more tips not if they find them attractive. It’s just inappropriate and not necessary to do their job. Very disturbing

The fries with fake parmesan were goated and the chick'n tasted amazing. House sauce = amazing

The last few times I visited, the service has been a bit disappointing. I’ve also gone for birthdays three times, and each time the complimentary dessert was not provided. I’m not looking for free food — I did include this in the reservation notes as well — but it would be nice for the birthday guest to receive that.

Second and last time going to this Beertown. Service was brutal, over priced, and slow. 30 bucks for a burger and ice tea! Waitresses had to be asked to take drink order, then everytime there after for refills! Had to ask if our food was coming, people after us were all getting served. We were with a party, we weren't very happy

I think that I prefer the Cambridge location only for the parking
Parking at the Waterloo location can be a distance to walk in the cold 🥶 or for one's with a disability
Visiting from Kitchener both are about the same distance to drive 🚗 🙃

Amazing place. Great selection of beers, and the food is fantastic. They have the best burgers in town, and the pretzels and cheese dip are a 'must have'. I also love their fish and chips.
