This is an incredible place. I am not confined to gluten free products but I stop in to pick up these decadent desserts for my guests and church fellowships who can only have gluten free products. I have tried many other gluten free baked goods that are gritty and bland tasting but what is made here at the Belacremabakery is magnificent. Great service, incredible flavourful creations to suit any occasion.

My partner has celiac disease and until we discovered Bella Crema, we had given up on the idea that gluten free desserts can be just as good as what you get at a regular bakery. There isn't a single baked good we've had from Bella Crema that isn't incredible! This is especially impressive for baked goods like cinnamon rolls, which are normally very dense and dry when they're gluten free, but not these ones - they're perfect. Highly recommend visiting either the stand at the St. Jacobs Farmers Market or their shop in Elora!

Easily one of the best Bakeries I've been to. Great selection of baked goods. Their Cinnamon Buns are so rich and fluffy. You'd honestly think that none of their goods were Gluten Free. Check them out even if you aren't GF.

Stumbled upon this lovely bakery at the St Jacobâs Market. I am gluten free and now temporarily dairy free while breastfeeding my baby so in general desserts I can eat are tough to come by. Everything is gluten free and there are a number of dairy free options as well. I bought a slice of lemon loaf, blueberry pie bar, and birthday cake brownie type dessert and all were so amazing. I will definitely be coming back and canât wait to taste everything on the menu once I can also eat dairy again!

This is hands down the best gluten free bakery I've ever tried! Ill take it a step further and say one of the best bakeries in general, you wouldn't even know it was gluten free. These are massive desserts and they have incredible flavour and texture!
I decided to try them off of "too good to go" because I've been very disappointed in gluten free baking many times. I now know I will be back, and pay full price! I feel a bit guilty for getting these high quality treats as cheap as I did!

If I could give this company 100 stars I would. A must go to every time I am on at st Jacob's market. First you would have no idea that these baked goods are all gluten free they are delicious with a wonderful flavour and amazing texture. They carry a wide selection of desserts so there is something for everyone my family is particularly fond of the sâmore brownie, and basque cheese cake. However I have yet to taste something I have not loved. I had a family member recently go vegan and one who is unable to eat dairy and struggled to find desserts they could enjoy; I bought a selection of desserts from Bella crema and both of them were in near tears and could not stop talking about how good the dessert were and how they would never have know they were vegan! 100/10 best bakery in KW!!
