Usually good but is a gamble. occasionally they will put literally 0 sauce on your pizza or give it to your very doughy and half cooked tasting. Other times it's the best pizza you could want

Fantastic place to grab pizza. They are very generous with the toppings here. The crust and sauce are delicious too. The staff here are very friendly. There's a few stools with ledges where you can sit and eat. I would highly recommend supporting this small local business.

Great customer service! I had a pizza that wasn't made the way I wanted, and they promptly replaced it with a delicious alternative. I'd recommend people try this place!
I’ve been coming here for years and the price and pizza are incredible! I HIGHLY recommend a pizza with double pepperoni extra cheese and light sauce. If you get two of them here it’s $15.60 and change per pizza. Dominos would charge $40 for the same pizza. I cannot praise them enough, they’ve always had the nicest staff that remember you.
Overall it’s tastier and far cheaper than 99% of other pizza places in the entire region. 12/10 would recommend to anyone with a pulse.
Kid-friendliness: Genuinely nice and caring staff that reasonably wouldn’t curse around kids. The staff is incredibly wholesome.

I’ve been a long term costumer at Bianca’s but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered an extra large pizza with half chicken and half onions for my vegetarian friend over the phone for pick up. Not only did the owner try charging us extra for the toppings as he did not mention it would be an additional charge, he argued and failed to apologize for not telling us it would be an additional charge and called us broke. This was extremely unprofessional and a simple apology would have been more than enough.

As we went to the store to pick up the pizza the owner charged us more than told over the phone. When confronted about this the owner questioned if we don’t have enough money to pay the difference and started calling us poor and stupid. While shouting he refused to sell the pizza but then his employee calmed him down. Extremely unprofessional service, would not recommend. Half the pizza was veggie and half was meat, the veggie side was covered in random bits of meat.
