I love Bloom! Amazing opportunity to support young talent along with having an amazing meal.

A fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and the food was excellent! Also, we paid a very reasonable amount for our food! I love this restaurant as it gives the students a chance to work in a real world setting. I would definitely eat here again and recommend it to my friends 👏👌

All 6 food items we ordered were made to high standards. Would attend again and hope next time for a more competent waiter.

Our meal was amazing! Everything was so delicious and presented beautifully. The portions were generous. We even had to take home what we could not finish. There was a great selection and something to please everyone. We told our waiter that we were on a schedule. He was a bit too efficient in getting us out on time. We felt rather rushed. He was clearing our dishes before we had a chance to finish eating and dessert was served before we had finished our main. He is just learning. We can't wait to go back in the new year. We highly recommend Bloom.

I was so excited to get to bloom. With the new semester and year starting at Conestoga. As per usual the food is absolutely fantastic. The presentation and dishes themselves are a treat to look at as well as for the tastebuds. The students are a pleasure to meet with in the dining room. Coming from the service industry it is refreshing seeing their commitment to learn in a real life setting. I appreciate that Conestoga and the students are gracious enough to invite us into their space and to share in the skills and culinary delights they are cooking up! I wish more of the bakery items were made available to purchase, they are beyond fantastic!

Amazing experience. I recommend to everyone. Food was 💯 so so so good and done so well. Server was polite. Could have checked back a few more times, disappeared for very long stretches. Timing very slow for all 3 courses so be prepared to make dining an entire evening experience for a 5:30 reservation completed meal after 8 pm.

Had a great experience! The food was absolutely mind-blowing, and I could really see an improvement in the service since my first visit. My only feedback would be for the servers to feel more comfortable and engage in a bit of small talk—it doesn't have to be too formal. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

New Bloom season opened today with lunch service. The team did an exceptional job and the four of us really enjoyed our meals.

I had a wonderful experience. I have a lot of dietary constraints, which were handled wonderfully. The students were definitely nervous (I was there on the first day of public service for lunch, I think), but front of house was great, too. I definitely recommend a meal here.

Absolutely beautiful. The food is delicious, great opportunity to try new foods or just enjoy what you wouldn't normally have.
