Experienced exceptional food and customer service for lunch this week at Bloom. The students were quite friendly and always checking in on us. The caliber of food was excellent with decent portion sizes. I ordered the smoked duck prosciutto salad, herb-roasted chicken supreme, and the sticky toffee pudding. Glad that I found a place that provides a high end dining experience at a fraction of the cost, while providing actual work experience for students. Will definitely support this restaurant !

I had the most amazing experience with lunch service at Bloom. The welcome and settings were comfortable and with ease. This is a two or three course option and we selected three. There are three to four options in each course and our selections of salmon and Cornish hen were both perfection. I found the flavours, temperature, the cardamom cheesecake and the ambience were all fine dining-esque and I can't wait to return again. Bravo Bloom! Cheers, Spicy Jan

(Full disclosure, I work at Conestoga College, but do not work in the Food departments).I ordered some Shakshuka and was amazed at how perfect the eggs were cooked. The eggs were poached 100% soft with not a hint of coagulation that would surely happen if I tried to cook the recipe myself. I was super impressed.For the price, you cannot really beat Bloom. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you are not in a rush if you decide to eat in. Students are there to learn the ropes and part of the ropes is making mistakes (which can mean delays in service).

The food was excellent and the service was very good. Our only request would be for service staff to speak slowly and loudly so we can hear and not have ask for things to be repeated. Many people in their 60's and up have some hearing impairment. One minor thing. The link to parking was not working.

Food was amazing equivalent to a 5 star restaurant. This is a learning facility so the service was below par but they were trying. I would go every semester if I could...and highly recommend!

The food was absolutely amazing and such a fun way to try some great food for an even better price point. Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to try some new things and not pay 20-30 a dish if you're unsure if you like it.
