Boardwalk Burgers Waterloo

I was impressed with the restaurant. I have never heard of the chain before and this was my first visit to one of the franchises. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the Waterloo restaurant. A gentleman I assumed was the owner was cleaning when I arrived. I looked around when I got in and the kitchen was very clean from what I could see.
The owner did not talk much but was friendly in his interaction and I heard him thank a few customers when they left.
The burgers were pretty good. Not as good as some of the more notably burger joints that are out there but certainly in line, or better then the normal fast food chains.
Presentation was great and it was a fair portion.
I would definitely consider going back. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area.

I visited twice.... first had a Classic Burger and its was good, nice and warm. Good Pattie.
However, my second visit... the pattie were not warm and cheese was cold, solid not melted. Its the consistency that is a problem.
Will i go again... probably not. The food was cold.
I conplained to the staff .. only thing they said was sorry .... was expecting more

The mushroom Swiss burger really hit the spot. Great ratio on the different ingredients and great quality. The cookies and cream milkshake was also great. I'm very likely to return, and to recommend to my friends and family.

Lots of great options available for kids at reasonable prices.

If you are in a rush I would recommend ordering ahead as everything is cooked fresh to order and you may find yourself waiting a bit but not unreasonably long.

The seating area was clean and had lots of space available. Temperature and smell inside were both pleasant.

I ordered their beef bacon ranch poutine and a burger. The taste for both items was good. But only issue was with the quantity of fries in poutine. The fries quantity was very less. I have tried poutine from other places and usually they fill up the box with fries and poutine sauce.
I recommend this place for burgers but for poutine I will choose another place.

Great place to get tasty burgers! Inside tables are very clean and service is fast. Good variety of different burgers included in the daily combos through the week. Employees are knowledgeable about gluten-free options which is greatly appreciated.
