Boardwalk Burgers Waterloo

Walked in for the first time. Persaud was the one to assist us. We got one crispy chicken and cheeseburger. Both with a combo and can I just say the fries were SOO good. I instantly had to take a bit of the burger and couldn’t even stop to take a picture. The burger was so fresh and hjt the spot for sure. I appreciate the food being brought to us and the friendly service that Persaud provided.

Terrible customer service.

I used the washroom because there was no sign stating it was for paying customers only.

The owner aggressively confronted me, yelling and approaching me in a hostile manner as if trying to start a fight.

Instead of calmly addressing the issue, he chose to be rude and unprofessional.

If this is how they treat people over a washroom, imagine their service.

Avoid this place at all costs.

Threw up immediately after eating here twice at separate times with food poisoning ❌ maybe they violate health standards idk

We had the Hawaiian Burgers & they did NOT disappoint. Fries were fresh, burgers had fresh veggies & tasted amazing. The staff were so friendly & had great recommendations. Also the place is as clean as can be so if you don’t like germs, here’s your place. Please go check them out and support our locals. You will not regret it. And to boardwalk. Thank you so much for making mine and my best friends dinner so amazing tonight. We will see you again soon

Great burgers and fries in the corner of the University Square plaza. Food was great, lots of options and prices are good. Definitely coming back.

At the Waterloo location, the person making the burgers on Dec 23rd around 6pm was coughing and sneezing into his hands and then handling the burgers.

The burgers are very chewy and feel dry. The milkshakes lack flavour.

Had to take the Grandson for xray and found this place in the same strip mall..I had the chili cheese fries and it was perfect but I could not eat it all and took over half to go..Grandson had a cheese burger combo with onion rings and it to was excellent..Fresh bun, produce and large quantities ..Bathrooms and eat in area was spotless and very clean...I will definitely be back..
