The server was really genuine and sweet. The team at Bodega seem to know what they are doing and they do it very well. Food was great.

Food is always excellent no matter what I choose to get. Beautiful relaxed atmosphere, great to catch up with friends as you can hear each other speak. I would have liked a bigger coffee for brunch :)

Service was atrocious. Took 1.5 hrs to get french toast that came without syrup. Upon requesting syrup server was passive aggressive and made myself and my girlfriend feel bad for asking in the first place. Never took items off bill, never apologized, and never acknowledged potential short staffing or accommodated as such. Service dilutes the overall experience to point of not being enjoyable.

I took my granddaughter for breakfast and it was delicious. Staff was lovely. We had the best French Toast and Braised Beef Benedict was wonderful. Definitely go again when in Waterloo.

Told the server I could not have onions or peppers due to food sensitivity. She brought our eggs covered in green onions. She did not get that green onions are onions. She took the dish back. Clearly only removed the eggs, as I than found green onions under the bacon. They need to take this seriously. Well I will not die I will throw up and be queasy for a day.

This was our first time visiting this place. We had been looking for a place to try different wines. Our server, Erika, was very helpful with this. We tried 3 different wines and found our favourite choice. The brussel sprouts with bacon and syrup appetizer was perfect. The flank steak was perfectly prepared, although we were surprised that it came on its own with no side dish of potatoes or veg. We also ordered the Korean crispy chicken, the caeser salad, and the mushrooms side dish. The only real suggestion I had from this experience was different plating for some of the things served as the mushrooms was advertised as having 3 or 4 different types but the way it was swerved was in a small dish. The plating of the 6 oysters was great. My husband ended up wishing he had ordered more! The ambience was great and we were well greeted and we'll taken care of. It seemed everyone who was working there was happy to be :)

I went for dinner with friends and family on Saturday and was amazed at the overall service. I especially enjoyed the Caesar salad Rock shrimp, compliments to the chefs!!!!!!
