Went for anniversary had a lovely meal. Arrived 6:30, very lively. Attentive and helpful service. When food arrived it was very good flavors. My gnocchi with short rib was tasty but a bit dry, my wife's meal of Korean chicken and veg sides likewise was delicious but a bit overcooked. Restaurant filled up and got very loud, hard to talk. It's great to see a newish restaurant doing well but it is a little distracting when you have to yell to be heard. Would recommend but come early for a more intimate experience.

Came here on a date all the way from Scarborough after weeks of planning. Tried calling beforehand but got no answer — should’ve taken that as a sign. We arrived only to find the entire place booked for a wedding party. Such a disappointment and a complete waste of gas and time! At the very least, update your website if you have private events. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere but the service was lacking. We seated ourselves as there was no hostess when we came in and then it took a while for a server to come to our table. She didn't bring menus so we had to go grab them ourselves. After that it did improve but we still had to go to them ourselves a couple of times.

My girlfriend and I came here 2 weeks ago for some dinner, our server Olivia I believe was truly amazing. She recommended the whipped ricotta which isn’t something I’d usually order but W.O.W… Truly amazing. Thank you Olivia for your hard work! Will be back.

I came from Calgary to meet my friend in Cambridge, and we decided to go to Waterloo for a nice dining experience. The restaurant itself was great and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the service did not reflect the same standard. Our server, Olivia Jasin, never checked on us, didn’t ask how our meal was, or see if we needed anything. It felt like we were completely overlooked throughout the experience, which was very disappointing.
Because of this, we chose not to leave a tip — something we almost never do, as we truly value and appreciate the hard work that servers put in at restaurants. This has never happened to me before, and it was disappointing especially given the great food and atmosphere.
My friend even mentioned this to her, and the only response we received was “understandable,” which felt dismissive rather than attentive.

Only customers in there on a Friday for a birthday brunch they didn't have any orange juice for mimosas also we're out of GF bread and all items on the menu were sandwiches aside from a tuna bowl. Server seemed bothered that we were there at 10:30 just after they opened but before the kitchen opened at 11:00. Sadly, very underwhelmed by the entire experience. And saddened by the lack of attentiveness and empathy.

I visited on a Sunday afternoon when the restaurant wasn’t busy. The bartender handed us menus and showed us to a table, which seemed promising. However, we sat there for 15 minutes without anyone coming over to take our order—or even offer us water. I tried to get a server’s attention by raising my hand, and although one made eye contact, he looked away and ignored us. At that point, we decided to leave. The service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant.

Absolutely painful to eat. What’s with the powdery matcha!? Not drinkable AT ALL. The drinks took so long to arrive and it wasn’t even busy. Food was so plain, not enjoyable. It was so noticeable that the dishes were dirty. Worst experience ever.
